I feel like I did pretty good yesterday. Hoping to get some walking in today before the rains set in. But I'm not sure when, I have to call this morning to get an appointment for my eldest. He has a rash on his leg since Easter that hasn't changed. No worse, but not better either. We thought it was a scrape from the playground. It is in that shape, kinda heavy patch towards the knee and then tapers off down the shin. Bad Mommy I am, I haven't looked at it since Easter. We put some ointment on it. It didn't hurt. It doesn't itch. It didn't look infected. He did complain and I forgot. I wouldn't have know if my DH didn't see it yesterday while they were outside playing wearing shorts. Talk about bad dreams last night. Another Bad Mommy award for me. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. Eczema was the diagnosis. 1% Hydrocortisone & Eucerin lotion are the treatment. At least it won't cause his leg to fall off.
Any way- hoping for a mile of walking today.

Breakfast - oatmeal raisin bar 90 calories, coffee with 2% 10 calories
Lunch - (because of time, stress & needing to feed the eldest) Ham Omlette Sandwhich from Burger King - 290 calories (not as bad as I thought. I can still have a salad later) water
Snack - 2 cups lettuce 15 calories, 1/2 tbl almonds 30 calories, 1 tbl onion bits 60 calories, 1/2 tbl crasins 20 calories, goat cheese 40 calories, bag of apples 40 calories, 1 tbl dressing 30 calories-snuck a piece of chocolate 90 calories, water
Dinner - Subway tuna 530 calories, water
Snack - Andrew Lessman drink (only part because I shared) 60 calories
Total - 1325 calories
