Here is a picture of Madison and main Sleeping Beauty. No wig for Maddy as her hair is already blonde. Brooklyn has so many costume changes I can never seem to nail her down for a picture. The main sleeping and my girls all have dresses similar to the one the main SB is wearing. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can get a picture of all three of them together in their dresses that are similar. It is just so hard bc the main SB also changes a million times!!!

Madison just got her microphone for the first time in this picture so she was so excited!

Her dress will be different in the show but is still having alterations done.

The teddy bear in this picture is the bear she has had since the day she was born. She just LOVES it. It too will be making its stage debut! hehe

We got our room too......all the way forward - a sideways cat 11.

I'm nervous!! I get motion easily....should I call and see if they can get us more midship?? JACKIE!!! whatcha think??

We had a sideways 11 in September as did our son and his family. We all LOVED them! They seemed more spacious than a regular 11. I am not sure why as the CMs said the square footage is the same, but we all felt it. We did not notice movement as a problem but we did not have higher seas than on the WBPC either.

I bet you will enjoy it!

We just got our room assignments. We booked 4 category 12's and ended up with 4 category 9's all on deck #2. I have only ever cruised on decks 7 & 8 so I am a bit nervous about being all the way down at the bottom of the ship. I have really never needed to use the elevators before.

We had that concern but loved our Deck 1 cabin. No problems with the elevators and we were half way between the for and the mid ship elevators so chose the one going where we wanted to be. I bet you will be surprised too.

Now for our upgrade news. We have been "upgraded" from a cat 12 to a cat 11, we're very pleased with our cabin location 6599 midship, so this is a good upgrade for us but it sounds like they're still doing the stateroom shuffle so who knows if this assignment is definite.

As for us, as 1st time cruisers on dcl we didn't expect an upgrade at all. So we're happy with our change to cat 11 and our new location on deck 6.[/QUOTE]

We are neighbors (#6603) and basically same/similar circumstances. Cat 12 to Cat 11, 1st time DCL cruisers and like our location. Mid-ship up-and-down and pretty much mid-ship front-to-back. Also, we are just a short walk to the laundry. I hope we get a chance to meet and get to know each other!

Dan will be bringing his laptop and his crackberry. The laptop is a good place to dump pictures. Even with a big memory cards we can take a lot of pics in one day. He will also use it for DVD watching since there is no DVD player in the room. He'll get international plan for his crackberry.

We are both engineers so we travel with lots of gadgets!!! I think we'll leave the GPS and satellite radio at home, so that should reduce it.

This might be me. I'm flying out of BCN at 1000 on Sat. I don't remember what time I get to ATL but I remember I have a 5 hour layover before I head out for St Louis. PM me your flight info if this sounds like you and I will check when I get home from work.

We are on this flight, also! Looks like there will be a few of us. We have about a 3-hour layover.

I booked a Cat11GTY (actually wanted a specific room but transferred from the WBTA and no choice of rooms available. . .)

I am in a Cat11 on Deck5 UGH! I do not have any kids with me this trip yet I am right by the clubs?????

At least we are AFT and near the BV Theater.

And the wait is over. . .

ok back to trip planning. . .

we are back there too. The entrances to the kids clubs are mid ship so we will not be bothered at all by the few kids who are going to be on this cruise. The proximity to the theater and restaurants sounds good. We are thinking of the short hop to the beverage station for morning coffee!! We have been on deck 5 in the front and enjoyed that too.

And, WE ARE GOING ACROSS THE ATLANTIC!!

This brought back memories for me, Brooklyn! 2 of my ds danced the party scene in Ballet West's Nutcracker for a few years. What a hoot! With a professional company, the costumes were much more important than the kids! They actually cast to fit the existing costumes. And once the kids were in them each night they weren't allowed to sit down, or even get a drink of water!

She looks too cute One of my little sisters had a bear like that but he was blue she kept him with her until he lost all his filling and was falling apart. Too cute

Ok so a question (maybe it was answered in the 226 pages of posts but I don't really want to go back and read it all) The outlets in the bathrooms... can they handle curling irons and the such? My parents are doing the WB cruise in September and they were asking. This will be their first Disney cruise! I couldn't remember what the answer was.
