Think I was suppose to tell Michelle maybe? I wanted the running donald on our name tags? I have pm'd her enough to drive anyone crazy. No idea how to post pics or stats of ourselves to that private webpage either if anyone is up for helping me out. . . :worship:

opps, one more. How/where is the link to get the EBTA logo in my siggie? I tried to copy and paste and add but couldn't get it to come up. Told you. I am pathetic. . .

Have managed to copy and paste some cute stuff into my picture file for magnets. . .that was huge once I learned that, I went wild I tell you:rotfl:

I am sure this has been asked, but we are late to the game. Is anyone staying over in Barcelona and flying out the next day? Where are you staying and how are the prices? Thanks so much everyone!

We are spending the night after the Med cruise. We booked the Best Western at the airport. We got it for 82 Euros.

My concerns for today are these: Am I really going to have to pay $1700 for airfare back from Barcelona for the DH and I when we live 25 minutes from an international airport? :sad2: I was sure I had seen it for closer to $500 a ticket a week or two back. BCN to PHL, how hard can it be ya know? Anyone know/find anything better? ugh.

We are 45 minutes from PHL but are flying into JFK due to using air miles and the carrier. When we were looking for the airfare we tried PHL but found better pricing to BWI or JFK. Your best bet would be to search on orbitz.com as this will bring up all availability & cost. I just looked up BCN to PHL and the cheapest flight is $916 on USAIR (one stop).

As for joining a table for late dining PM us we are a party of five disers and would be more then happy to add a few more. :dance3:

Is there a group going to see the fountain show in Barcelona?

As we get closer this will be posted in the mini navigator as there are a couple of show times and there is a group that would most likely do this together. popcorn::

And dining, our family is so large we have never shared a table before. . .I thought I saw a thread or a web page about "personals" people asking for dinner mates and linking up ressies, etc. We are just a middle age couple of 2 this cruise so looking for some table mates for late dining, any suggestions?

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I thought the very same thing, living in St Louis, also an international airport. I ended up with DCL flights. It was around $1000. I could probably find something cheaper but then I'd have to spend the night somewhere when returning, adding the price of a hotel, and not getting home until a day later. I am going solo so no one else to be with, if you know what I mean. I wanted to get back as soon as possible. So, if you can't find anything cheaper than $1700, check with Disney.

That private website is maintained by Lynne, who is on vacation right now. She should be back soon - she's been gone way too long. :goodvibes She will be updating that site when she gets back. Be sure to look at it often - I find something new everytime I'm on there.

Can't help with the logo but those magnets sure are addicting, aren't they??? I probably have enough for 4 doors in my computer!

Is anyone staying near DW the night of the 9th? We are at the All Star Sport Resort that night and taking the DCL transfer to the port the next day.

Eleasa

We'll be at the Beach Club Villas. Putting my DVC points to good use!

We have a DIS table for late sitting as well. Would welcome additions! Steven, we should find out if we can be on the same rotation and get the tables close to each other.

There are only two seatings as Disney reverted back to one early and one late dining. You can do this by calling DCL give reservation number and request Ivan Frick as your server. We had him for the past 3 cruises. :dance3:

I'm all for it, though we won't be there until the evening. Our flight arrives at 4:25. My plan is to check in at BCV and head over to EPCOT.
Sounds like a plan!!!

We arrive at Orlando April 2.
We stay off property.

If Renee left a phone # (she did with me, I can PM you) you can just call. That's my plan. Carla doesn't have her own Palo resie so they won't have to worry about canceling it. Or you can fax a note to the same place you faxed the original request. I'd call first. That's my plan for today.

Send me a pm with Carla's ressie number as I think I'll have to have that. Renee did not leave a number for me either so if you could send that - it would be great.

I booked a massage for this morning at 11:30am. :worship:

I missed it :scared1:

I was so tired yesterday that I went to bed at 7:30pm. Woke up at 6am, ate something and went back to bed. I didn't wake up again until 12pm.

Rebooked for in the morning, but have to pay for rebooking ($20). :headache:

You can fly Aer Lingus into JFK on the 24th for $428 per person. This is the same flight out of BCN a lot of us are on. It stops in Dublin for a few hours & then direct from Dublin to JFK arriving in NY at 7:10pm. Not sure if this link will work...

Krisann, I think we went the same time as you. Wasn't it a Disney Beach Theme? It was awesome.

Yes taht was before the WBPC cruise in 08 - I remember the butterfly area - that was so neat and the kids playground they had set up with different characters made out of flowers - it was really neat!

We are staying at coronado springs Wed-Sat - we will take a ME bus back to the airport and then take a bus from there.

Ok another question since FE deadline is upon us!

What is your favorite kind of FE gift (not that you do not like them all!)

I have several:

1. Magnets! I love the magnets and hang them on my fridge when I get home to remind me of the cruise! They are easy to bring home too! My motto - never too many magnets on the door!

2. Food items! I love getting food items because they help the budget (not having to buy candies and such on board) and they take up NO room coming home :) (because there is never any left!)

I really love all my FE things that I get from every cruise - it is always fun to see what everyone comes up with!

I still have something to make for this cruise for a cabin gift that I do not tink I have ever seen or heard done before but I know it will usefull! I need to go work on that!

What does everyone plan to wear during the long ship days? Not the fancy stuff for semi-formal and formal nights---and not even for dinner. On our last (and only cruise), it was almost summer and in the Bahamas--so everyone had on capris/shorts.

Now for this cruise, what do you plan to wear when just relaxing on the ship during the day?
