Just booked our air!

We're flying from Barcelona to London on April 24th.

Stop over in London for three days.

Then Air Berlin- London to JFK (through Dusseldorf) on the 28th.
Then on the same night, a cab from JFK- LaGuardia.
LaGuardia to Akron---and then home!

Phew!

We got a good deal though....less than 2k total for all four of us.

What airline from Barcelona to London? I'm taking British Air in the late afternoon.

If you make a bid on Priceline and you don't like the hotel they give you - can you cancel the whole thing?

I'd rather go through AAA or maybe pay a bit more to be in the same hotel.

I got the Country Inn and Suites at the $49 rate! Thanks guys. I was a little nervous bidding on an unknown 2 1/2 star hotel. I'm glad I knew others got the right hotel. Now for the airfare, the car rental,the excursions... So many plans, so little time.

Dizmomof2...dont know where you are from, or if you saw the other post but SW is having a good sale (and no baggage fees)....

I guess my friend and I can just bounce from one bed to another -

It is a great price for such a nice property and so many of us will be there!

The hotel told me that all Priceline rooms are booked into "kids suite" with one queen and a separate area that has a set of bunks and a single twin so that would be 4 beds, but not four big ones. Have stayed in their kids suites before and that is the set up, but perhaps they have some other room with more than one regular bed?

Most of mine are dogs & supporting characters. Dug from Up, Pluto, Slinky dog, Bullseye, Sebastian, Lumiere, the fairies from Sleeping Beauty...also love the mice from Cinderella...So hard to choose!

I LOVE DUG! I see our dog in him, same coloring, breed, etc just not as fat. I go around all the time saying, "I have just met you, and I LOVE you!"

Just noticed today that CAT 12 prices have dropped...

Guests 1 & 2 are now $699 and Guests 3 & 4 are $499. I am not sure if you can re-shop these or not at this point but I wanted to pass it on just incase you can.

You guys are going to need a vacation after this trip home - good luck! We booked a non stop flight last week from Barcelona to JFK. Remember to allow enough time to travel between JFK - LaGuardia even though they are only 20 miles apart the traffic is crazy!

Yes! I think Dug is just the cutest - it made me so sad when they put him in the cone of shame! I imagine our dog (Lucky) talking with that same voice. "I was hiding under your porch because I love you." ALso, did you ever notice that Dug is the only "mutt" in the movie?
Ahhh Michelle, I think we have a lot in common.
