Am I crazy to want to go again. We went for a week in january and then 1 day pre cruise in april....now I see I can get flights for my group of 4 for under 200 person for the week I have off in November. Too much disney?? I would love to go but after the week in january I said I would wait until more of the new lands were done. Although the new frozen ride was not open, soarin was down, and everytime we tried to ride BTMR it shut down on us.

Heck no, 3x in one year isn't too much! We used to live in PA, so we could only afford to go once every 2 or 3 years. We'd stay for 14 days and be sad to leave. Now we live in Atlanta, so we no longer have to fly and rent a car. We bought AP last summer. We made 6 trips over the 12 months of our AP. Stayed for a total of 50 days. We would have done more if we could. We're only taking a one year break because our wallet demands we do. We're buying another AP next July and hope for 50 more days before it expires.

If you can make it happen to go one more time, go for it!!

I'm not the one to ask.....I say go again! But I was there for Princess weekend (5 days) in February, 10 days in June (family vacation) and we'll be going for 2 days in October so that we can do MNSSHP. I booked MNSSHP because I couldn't pass up $80 roundtrip airfare from Austin to MCO! :)

we call 2014 the year of Disney in our house because of our 3 trips. Two long weekends and one week long vacation. You can never get too much!

No right or wrong amount of times, whatever you are comfortable with. I'm 8 hours away and there anywhere for 4-6 weeks each year. Works for me but wouldn't work for others.

@sonocruiser dunno if it's a deal breaker, but BTMR is scheduled to be down for rehab August-November. There's a chance you'd miss it again. With respect to multiple visits, I think WDW is a kind of hobby for a lot of us. We go as often as possible, try new/different experiences, and in between trips we plan and try to keep up with everything in progress. Pursuing a hobby 3 times a year doesn't sound like a lot, does it?;)

We get annual passes every other year and go crazy in the years with the passes. We went 3 times last year, plus again in January and April of this year with our APs - so 5 trips in a 7 month window. We also went on a cruise and another family vacation, so there was some balance. o_O

IMO, go while you can. You never know what life has in store for you.

Another Georgia gal here with an AP. I was there Sept. last year for 5 nights, March for 5 nights and I'll be back again this Sept. for 6 nights. All on one AP. Normally I only get two trips on an AP but they moved F&W up a week this year so bonus. I'd go about every 3 months of my bank account would allow it and if my honey didn't think I was crazy. I normally go solo since my honey hates to travel and my son is in college (after a stint of being married and in the Navy then divorced) and can't go but once a year with me.

Went for 2 days back in April, 10 days in June. Had a western vacation booked for November, but none of us are really into it, to be honest. Literally, 10 minutes ago, I switched our flights to Orlando and our hotel to WDW.

It's a disease.

I will say, April and November are resort only. June we did some parks.

Go for it. If it is your happy place, make yourself happy :)

I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that this has MAJORLY been the Year of Disney for me.

January - short 2 day trip to WDW, took my husband to MK, DHS & AK for the first time (he's hooked now and wants to go back)
May - my first visit to Disneyland CA. Totally got ME hooked on the Anaheim parks, cannot wait to go back
August - heading out to Disneyland Paris, another first, for 3 days solo while I wait for my husband to finish a business trip in Europe
September - my first SOLO WDW trip. A full week all to myself!

It's pretty over the top. But I am LOVING it.

I can't believe I just admitted that.

Obviously it's fine, unless you are looking for people to stop you. In that case you asked on the wrong forum.

What 'mistysue' said....

Recently DW and I were doing two, two week off site visits a year. Now that I am retired we spend the winter near Disney. And we are headed back tomorrow for two weeks to check on our winter home and meet up with some friends vacationing at WDW.

It all comes down to what you want to do and how you want to spend your money.

I live 3.5 hours away from Walt Disney World and go 3 to 4 times a year on average. Each time I go to WDW it is an entirely different experience and no matter how many times I've been to WDW (lost count), I still have not done it all!!!

Therefore, I say GO FOR IT... you are not crazy to want to go again (and again) and if anyone does call you crazy - just remember, you are not alone. ;)

For the past four years, we've routinely gone 4-5 times a year. We are going twice this year, which is on the sparse side for us! If you want to go, go!

Not crazy at all! We usually plan to go twice, but end up going 3-4 times a year. :-) With an AP when the flights get really cheap & rooms are cheap we just go!
