I love the name Evelyn. That was actually going to be Landon's name if he turned out to be a girl.


I applaud you for having a medication-free labor. That's pretty rare nowadays.

Thank you! Well I thought about going med-free and ended up wanting some pain relief but it didn't work so I had no choice lol I survived it, which is the main thing! We just finished a growth spurt, so sleep has been scarce, but I'm hoping to be back soon.

Aw thank you! My recovery has actually gone extremely well. I was very pleasantly surprised after all of the horror stories that you hear lol Time does fly - they grow so quickly!

Good morning everyone!

I'm probably not going to make a habit of posting pictures of DD online, but I will share a couple with you so that you can see my precious little girl.

Here is our first picture as a family of three


And here is a picture of her with her Minnie Mouse ears on


Today she is 1 month old! This month has gone by so quickly. She is a great baby and is usually quite content. She does have some reflux though so we just started some medication to try and make it better for her. She usually sleeps really well and is growing so fast!

We haven't made any changes to the trip at this point but now that I've gotten some sleep and feel like a human again, I have been thinking about it and I can't wait until this trip!! Evelyn is already really alert and happy so I know that she is going to love WDW. I've started playing her Disney songs in the car too because babies love music.

So that's it for today, but I am sure that there will be more actual trip updates now that we are getting closer!

Thank you! It does go by so fast. I've already started a box of clothes that she has outgrown and she is doing new things almost every day.

Thank you It really has flown by. Time has gone by quickly lately, but now that she is here, it seems to be going by even faster. She is on a couple of medications for her reflux now so I'm hoping that it will get better for her - it is hard to see a little baby in pain.

Hello everyone!!

I don't have any pictures to share at the moment, but my baby girl Evelyn has arrived! She was born on January 27th (2 days late) at 11:30am weighing 6 pounds 15 ounces and measuring 20 inches long. Labour was quick and medication free and we had one big scare but we are both home and doing well now.

I love this baby girl so much and she is a really good baby. I cannot wait to take her to WDW!!

I will try to update again soon and get caught up on what I've missed.

I missed the update too! So sorry about that. She is just gorgeous. Eric had reflux, I am sorry to hear you are dealing with it. They do outgrow it!
