3rd Times a Charm! Mar. 8-14..lots of pics

So Jen, I'm really struggling with getting the Disney photo album or just going with shutterfly or blurb. _ The Disney book looks really cute but I'm kind of put off with the fact that there are only 6 backgrounds to choose from and most of those limit the number of photos per page. Yet if I go with one of the others I can do a lot more pictures for less money, very professional looking but I lose the Disney themeing. Any thoughts?:confused3

I personally would go with shutterfly. It is the top photobook out there (so I've read) You get more pics for your money in it. They offer sales alot of times as well. The picture quality was MUCH better. The Disney backgrounds really aren't THAT noticable. And it was limited like you said and cost me an arm and a leg too.

I'll throw in that we have a photostudio here where you can send photos in to get printed, and I love shutterfly so much more. I get matte prints because I think they're easier to work with for scrapbooks (no fingerprints), and when I get them printed at my local studio, they come out looking grainy and bad, but shutterfly makes them sooooo crisp and gorgeous.

And Jen, I'm loving the "reject" shots. They're very cute - Cinderella waving is hilarious. And I agree with the PP who said that it's weird seeing Claire without pink hair.

So you think Shutterfly does a better book? Because they looked more expensive and lower quality of binding than Blurb's website but I have never done this so no experience with either one. :confused3

I would sign up for shutterfly's email list, they send out sales A LOT. That way, know what you want (maybe already have it made up, I don't know if you can do that and just keep it) and then when the sale happens, send it out. You'll save a lot of money.

I've never heard of blurb before, so have no clue on what they are like. Shutterfly was voted number 1 book last year, and the picture qualitly is better than Disney's and snapfish and yorkphoto.

I didn't post a polar bear. LOL! There was an arctic wolf though, he kind of looks bearish?

Oh that is what it was then , I thought it was a Polar Bear I guess because of the color and the fur ,never knew there were arctic wolf's and if there was that it would be that big ! :rotfl:

Love the reject pictures , keep them coming :thumbsup2

I want to add I use Walmart online to print all my pictures and the quality is awesome and you can't beat the prices at 9 cents a print ! I've never done a photo book through them but I would imagine it would be just as nice :thumbsup2

Here are some more zoo pictures.

This one? I think they meant the statue.... / stuffed bear. I can't tell what it is.

Jen, I had a question - how long did it take you to eat at 1900 Park Fare? I'm trying to plan it to coincide with Wishes/Electrical Water Pageant when I book on Wednesday.

I would say a little over an hour. We had a slow waitress and we had to wait for the bill. But we got in right on time. You don;t always get in right on time either.

I've been going through some pictures lately that I took, but haven't done anything with and decided I better order some and put them on disc.
So I have some cow/ around the farm pictures I thought I would post.

The pop pics and the ones of your farm are really nice! What kind of camera was with this taken with?

I used a Canon Rebel XTi on the Pop pictures and a Canon 50D on the farm pics.

I think he's doing a bit better with sleep.

That cat is just on of many barn cats we have. That is one of the prettier ones. He/she? was so fluffy and cute as a kitten. I wish we had more like that. LOL!
