3rd Fastpass?

I only selected 2 fast passes at one park and don't need/want another at that park. When can make a 3rd fast pass reservation for a different park?

only after your 3rd FP is used. I know its annoying.

Your best bet is make a throw away FP very early in the morning as your 1st FP. then use the next 2 you want and then you can go after that 3th FP in the other park. No way to do it in advance.
