3PM MK parade... does it start at the front?

I want to leave to go to DTD around 3pm but would love to catch the parade first. If it starts at the front near the train station I can catch it and then leave but if it starts from the frontier land it may be hard to catch. How long is the parade?

Unlike Celebrate A Dream Come True, Festival of Fantasy usually runs from Frontierland to Main Street, beginning to the left of Splash Mountain.

On our trip it started in Frontierland - I assume it's the same daily.

Note: If there is inclement weather in the area (but not yet at MK), they may start the parade earlier. There was rain in the nearby area the day we saw FOF, and they started the parade around 2:45 instead of 3.
