3br condos under $100/night in Feb/March 2008

Does a nice condo in a nice area in this $$$ range even exist? So far I have had no luck but figured I'd ask the experts!

Yes - have stayed the past two years in a 3BR condo in Windsor Hills the last week of February for under $100 (one $99 and the other $80 per night). Presidents' Week (the third week of February) will most likely be higher as will the last few weeks of March (spring break).

We rented a 4 bedroom townhome at Regal Palms resort last year for $600 for the week including taxes. That was President's Week. That particular owner has increased her price since then, but I think if you spend some time researching you will find something. I checked out hotelmartusa.com and found that you can get Fiesta Keys resort through them for $79.85/night including taxes for a 3 bedroom and $85.55/night including taxes for a 4 bedroom. I have not stayed at this resort, but I have used hotelmartusa.com 3 times and have had good luck each time.

Try Grand Palms or Villas at Island Club. You can rent from owners for around $55-70 a night. They're only about 10-15 minutes from WDW, 15-20 from SeaWorld and Universal. They don't have fancy pools, though.

We stayed in a 3 BR condo in Feb. 2006 (presidents week) for less than $100 a night. Check out www.floridasunshine.com go to home tours then condominium shared pools. We were at the Island club resort it was very close to WDW and we loved it, no problems. For 7 nights it's $588 thats just $84 a night and this place was very nice. They have lots of other places for the same price too.
