Its Tom Capano all over again. I remember that when he got arrested, he looked evil in his mug shot as opposed to his "before" pictures where he looked regular- just like Scott P.
They also both showed no emotion, and both thought they dumped their "problems" in the sea.
That's an understatement. Only a sick, psychotic SOB does what he did to his wife and then kills his own helpless baby.Originally posted by C.Ann
There is something seriously wrong with that man..

Yes - and if I remember correctly they did find her body.. He stuffed her in a COOLER, wrapped it with chains, and attached concrete blocks before tossing it in the ocean.. I also believe it was his own brother that finally "snitched" on him...

No, they did not find the body, but the cooler was recovered by some fisherman. It had bullet holes in it caused by Capano hoping to sink the cooler by putting holes in it.
Capano was not a state rep, either. He was a lawyer and prominent citizen in Wilmington, DE. Ann Marie Fahey was at one time an appointment secretary to the governor of DE.
Capano's brother Gerald dropped the dime on him.
Capano sits on death row in a Delaware prison.
Now back to your regularly scheduled creep.
, how absolutly heartbreaking. At least they know where she is now, but what a terrible ending.Originally posted by olena
What happened with his lawyer, by the way. I heard he has a public defender now, but didn't elaborate on how that came about.
I feel badly for his family, but they need to wake up and smell the coffee. If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck and sounds like a duck- it's a duck.
Maybe he doesn't get it yet, that he will never walk a free man again. Of course, I shouldn't say that as there have been other's walk free that I thought would have been convicted. Also, now the media in our area, who like the rest of the country basically has convicted this man is now playing devil's advocate saying...."so, what if he's not guilty?" I swear they just have to have something to talk about.
