35 Points to rent/transfer to DVC member

I have 35 SSR points left from my August 2005 alotment.

I would like to transfer them all to one current DVC member for $350.

I have done a ton of rents for non-DVC members, but I prefer to rent these to a current DVC member because the low number of points.

I will post an offer to non-DVC members in the near future.

Does this mean they are only good until 7/31/06, or 8/31/06?
I can never keep those use year straight!
