$35 Epic Mickey (or other games including Just Dance) plus a Wiimote and nunchuck!

I can happily say my miniremote finally shipped after several days of processing. Epic Mickey shipped right away but I was worried the remote wasn't going to. This was the last gift I had to get on my DS list so I'm happy it's on the way.

This is where my still stands as of this morning. The games show they are in CT and on their way. I didn't need the Wiimotes and in fact just grabbed whatever without much thought (my girls all like purple) so I could get the deal before the sell out. After I wondered if I should have ordered the mini Wiimotes but I have never seen them or heard of them so I wasn't sure. I will be happy if I just get the games for the $30, the Wiimotes are just a bonus. BUT, even though they are on their way I won't be convinced till they are actually here. Someone's "mistake" sure did cause a lot of trouble. Hate to be that person.

I am so frustrated that some people are getting the "sale" & mine was cancelled. NOT FAIR!!! <----done in my best 9 year old whiny voice



My status is still the same & still getting run around from customer service. I emailed them yesterday. Got an automatic response with lots of different options for tracking returns yadda yadda yadda. I replied again... this time was "your item was out of stock". I replied again & told them that was a lie because their so-called "knowledgeable help associate" told me it was in stock.

The next reply they sent was a quote of the terms, where they can cancel your order if they feel an error was made. Hopefully I can catch them in violating their own error. The quote they gave me specifically says that Walmart.com will contact the customer to tell them that they are cancelling it. I was never notified. The last email I have still shows it processing. It wasn't until I logged in to track the Wii remote that I learned my game was cancelled.

My MIL also ordered this, but with Epic Mickey, and hers shows shipped. My last resort will be to take my emails & her emails to a Walmart store & maybe a store manager will honor the sale????? I am waiting for her to get the item in her hands before I do that tho...don't want to ruin it for her either.

Success!! After days of both the EM game and controller being processed, FINALLY the game says shipped

The controller still says processing but it's something, at least!

You're lucky! I had EM and Just Dance 2 in my cart and then when everything hit the fan the next day I checked and both items showed out of stock! I tried to put them back in the cart and then they showed the higher prices. Needless to say I didn't order them at $70 and $60.

BTW-Epic Mickey is showing out of stock on walmart.com

I haven't gotten an updated email from Walmart, so I checked my order online. It says that EM has shipped, but the wiimote has been cancelled and that I have been refunded. Actually, this is fine with me. The game was the more important part of the order. But, I don't see any refund yet on my credit card.

After I read your post, I signed in and checked my basket and the game I was considering is still there for the $35 price but it shows as out of stock. I left it there and I wonder if I should move it to 'saved' status. I'm afraid to move it and I'm afraid to leave it there as, either way, it may just go "poof".

I'm relieved! After all the posts, I thought everything else was going to be cancelled. I actually need the extra remotes and wanted the Mario Galaxy game over the EM game.

My EM had shipped 3 days ago.

I just checked my credit card statement online and it shows a charge of $17.82 from Walmart. So it looks like that is what they charged for EM. (Apparently they never charged me for the full order.) They cancelled the wiimote, but never emailed me about that.

I did not get as lucky as some people--EM shipped, but my Super Mario was cancelled. My remotes are still processing. However, when I called customer service, I told them I understand a pricing error, but not the various misinformation (no cancellation email, told it was because it is out of stock, bundle no longer available, etc). I also told them I do not understand why various customers are being handled in very different ways--some outright cancellations with no resolution, some price adjustments to honor bundle price, some discounts given to make game cheaper.

I was a given a $20 gift card, so now the game will cost me $20 instead of $15 with the bundle. I'm happy with that.

I would leave it in your cart. I left mine in my cart and was able to order it today! We'll see if it actually gets shipped. I had selected the purple remotes and the Super Mario Bros game. I got busy with work and didn't complete the order the day I saw this thread. When I went back to my cart, the purple remotes were showing as out of stock but price was still $35. I left it in my cart and today I checked and the purple remotes are back in stock and it let me order for $35. I'll keep you posted....says "Processing" right now.
