Home resorts are Saratoga Springs and Wilderness Lodge but I am able to book at any of the other Disney Vacation Club Resorts. I have rented several times in these boards in the last few years and have references available if needed, I also utilize a contract for your protection. If you are interested in Polynesian, Grand Floridian or Bay Lake Towers your best bet is a renter with points at those specific resorts. They usually book up before the 7 month booking window opens for non owners.

Is it true that a family of 5 can fit in a studio at WL? I saw it on a DVC rental page. It listed WL, Poly and GF as being able to fit 5. If so, I am looking for WL studio May 26-29 2016 2 adults, 3 children ages 17, 13 and 10. Thank you

Yes you can have 5. But they don't have those dates available. I think it's Memorial Day weekend.
