it's total lack of attention.... it's insane... it happens to me on the way home every night too... I always leave enough room in case i have to stop real quick... but the guy behind would usually be a new passenger in my car.... people follow too close and dont use blinkers and dont pay attention... it's crazy!

I think everyone wants to be first. Last week I was in the right hand lane of a highway. Someone was trying to get on the same highway. Instead of merging into traffic they started beeping at me because I was in that lane (I couldn't get in the left lane at that time). Jeesh what was I supposed to do ?.....stop on the highway so they could get on in front of me??? Am I wrong or is the rule that if you are getting onto a highwayyou must yeild and merge with traffic. Gee, I always thought people traveling on the highway had the right of way.

I know what you mean...Every drive into work for me is very nerve wracking because of the idiots who get into accidents...But my least favorite people are the ones that slow down for the sole purpose of GAWKING!!!!! I HATE THAT!!!!!

That must be a red camaro...the one that dented a tree yesterday. DS swears the tree was dented along with the entire front of the car being demolished.

I completely agree with all of you...I just got home from work an hour ago and I was complaining to myself about similiar issues. Not to mention the two brand new Mini's, same color and everything, "racing" (as much as you can race when people are going at or below the speed limit), to keep up with each other.

And last night, it was raining, and I let a woman who just got off the bus cross the street (we're talking only two lanes here, one each way), so she's halfway across. NO ONE coming the other way would stop and let her go! It's not like they couldn't see her, she was wearing all white! I didn't want to go around her even if I could've because someone behind me might not have seen her.

Amazing how many idiots there are on the road. Thank you for the venting opportunity, and safe driving to you all!

I used to love to drive, but now it's just aggravation. My pet peeve is the person thats in such a big hurry that they ride on your bumper, they are constantly weaving in and out of traffic just to get 1 car ahead! I absolutely love it when that happens and then I see them stuck at the same red light as me! I always want to say "see (insert favorite curse word here), how far did driving like a moron get you!!"

C.Ann you wern't the only one that didn't let the idiot back in. We had that happen once this past summer. No one let that person back in either. They were hanging out the window yelling at everyone driving by. Oh and flipping them off too.
