31 Flavors or Baskin Robbins

We used to have a guy that worked with us who could never get it right (he actually used to mangle a lot of simple names). He used to call it "Baskins and Robinson". The name stuck where I work and we still call it that years after he left.

GROG, I have a co-worker who also manages to mangle names. For example she wanted to test drive a Nissan "Ex-a-terra",

Now, back on topic. I've heard it called both, must be all the transplanted Californians living here in the desert. I only go there in the winter when they have peppermint ice-cream. Why, oh why, is that not available all year?

I used to asst. manage a Baskin Robbins years ago. I make the best pies in the ice cream world!!!

Oh Lewski....I wish you hadn't mentioned Pistachio Almond...I'm going to be thinking about that all night Well, I've got some low carb stuff in the freezer....maybe I'll just put some nuts on it and pretend!

In Northern California I never heard it called anything but Baskin Robbins. The 31 flavor thing is new to me. Never heard it before.
