Too much to do - too little time to get it all done..

Stouffer's lasagna (my husband works at the plant where they make it) and some 5-cheese toast from the frozen section. It is great! Get a little bag salad and one of those trays with the assortment of cheese cake slices for dessert. Yum Yum

OUr family always gets a deli tray and breads for Christmas Eve. Then set out salads and veggie tray and meets so people help themselves to sandwiches and salads as they come and go. (I provide the plate of Christmas cookies :) )

You could order some and then pick them up on your way home.

My mom will usually make lasagne or baked ziti for Christmas eve (lol and usually lasts for the rest of the week - but it's so good).
How about getting a 4 foot or 6 foot hero from the deli, that seems ideal for pick and choose eating throughout the day.

I was going to suggest a deli tray too! We used to do that at my aunt's house for Christmas.
