Hello all. We are officially 30 days from our February trip.
First off, the details:
Who: Just my hubby and I (I'll introduce us more in a minute)
What: Our first February Disney trip (our last trip together was in August 2019 and it was miserably hot and humid)
When: February 1st-6th at Port Orleans French Quarter
Why: It's been a tough year and I really need a break. I lost my Aunt (who raised me after my mom passed away), I've had health issues myself that I'm still waiting on answers for, we now have his mom at our house every other weekend for 5 days and it's like having a small child because of her dementia/bipolar so it's been a big change and has taken some adjustment to get into a new routine with her, and lastly but not least...just life in general.
How: How did this trip come about? Well I just randomly told hubby one day that if we went to Disney in February it would be cooler weather and he would be able to stand it. Plus we could take it slower and not be go-go-go like I usually am on these trips.
So who are we?

This is from our December trip to Gaylord Nashville from this December. I would post one from our August 2019 Disney trip but we both look terrible because of the heat and humidity.
Well I'm Sandy. Stay at home/work at home wife, mom and Nonnie. I work from home with our small businesses we own. I own one with my daughter (doing wooden signs, home decor, etc), plus a shirt/vinyl business and then my hubby and I also own an ornamental iron business doing metal handrails/fences and other things like that. This is our biggest business because we do handrails/fencing for several apartment building as well as have a commissioned job to make all the historic signs for the county next to ours. This is actually a combined job for the metal business and my vinyl business. We make historic signs for houses that are over 100 years old and they are about to start on business buildings that over 100 years old that they want us to make all the signs for as well.
Hubby's name is Lin and he is a welding instructor at the local community college for his day job and the rest of the time does all the heavy work, designing and welding for the Ornamental iron business but his favorite job is being a papaw.
We have three adult children, a daughter-in-love and a son-in-love and two fabulously sweet, beautiful, smart grand babies. Vivianne is 20 months old and Leo is 5 months old. Both of them belong to our oldest son and daughter-in-love.
I'll be right back with our plans so far...
