did the workout yesterday. Not doing so great on the diet yet. I did drink more water and made sure I took my vitamins and medicine. DH will watch the game today and we will have snacks, so I'm planning on starting the diet tomorrow. I always do better when I'm working and on a schedule anyway. I will do the workout again today though. I think I'll make Mondays my weigh-in day. It will keep me on track for the weekends. 



Nice head start for my day 1 tomorrow!

. Since I am doing so well so far, I may have to consider dropping my goal weight down to 160 and see if I can hit it

) My husband does it though and I've seen the results on him and its wonderful, He also HATES working out so he loves that it is only 10 minutes a day.
