3 staterooms.. all dining together

We have 3 staterooms 2 CAT 9's 1 CAT 4 === I want to make sure that we are all seated together during dinner... How to we make absolutely certain that we will all be together?!?

We told the TA we booked with but I am not 100% confident that the request will ever get to Disney

Just call DCL and have them look at your reservation. They can tell you if the three reservations are linked and if not, they can fix that.

DCL might not give you any information as you did not book with them but if you are nice and ask to check that your reservations have been "linked" they might just look for you. Be sure to have all your reservation numbers handy. HTH

usually if you book through a TA the DCL reps won't talk to you about your ressie or make any notations to it ... if you're not confident your TA will handle this, the only thing I can suggest is verifying it when you check in. If you aren't seated together for dinner you can ask to have it changed when you board.

call disney 18005111333 and ask them to link all the reservations together and they will do it no matter who you booked with . i did we had 1 room at late seating and 3 rooms at the early seating and we got our docs 2 weeks ago for july 3 and all 4 rooms had the early seating

DCL cruise reps had no problem helping me for either cruise we booked..told me everything I needed to know.

"Officially" if you booked thru a TA, everything is supposed to go thru the TA. In reality, DCL is usually very helpful with anything that doesn't involve changing a reservation. All you have to do is let them know that your 3 staterooms are travelling together (they call it "linked." They will then seat you together. If a linking involves more people than can sit at one table, they will put multiple tables in the same area with the same server.

They say that they can seat 12 at a table, but we had 18 at one table!
