3 Signature dining on DDP?

I have reservations for Brown Derby, Jiko and Artist Point. Should I use DDP for these and pay for other ts or pay for one of these and use DDP for the rest? I also have lunch at the Boathouse but I might drop that.

We're going to use the Dining Plan for our Signatures and pay OOP with Landy's cards for Yak & Yeti and TRex. Also paying OOP for a brunch at Kona Cafe.

There are exceptions, but signatures are GENERALLY a poor use of dining credits, especially when on the standard DDP.
