We are going to DL on Thursday only. First time visitors. I've watched YouTube videos and it appears all the rides only allow 2 people per seat. I'm traveling with DD (7 yrs old) and my brother (adult). Are there any rides we can all sit together?

Most are going to be 2 seats, unless you are really thin. Most have 2 rows per car so you will probably have to have 2 in one seat and one person in the other so while you won't be in a seat together you at least will be in the car together. Most boat rides like PoTC and iasw can fit more than three people per row. Also rides with long rows of seats like like Star Tours and Soarin should be fine. Below is a link that had photos of all the ride vehicles so you can see how they are laid out.

Technically it is also possible to fit three into a row on Peter Pan, Haunted Mansion, and the Little Mermaid, although it can be pretty tight depending on the size of the people in your group. I've ridden those attractions with another adult and a child (5 years old).

In May we rode 3 on Big Thunder & Haunted Mansion, and 3 in the backseat of Pinocchio, Alice in Wonderland, Snow White, and Monsters, Inc. It would depend on the size of the people. 2 adults and a 9-yr-old.

In almost all cases you will be in the same ride vehicle, but not necessarily the same seat. Have one adult sit with 7YO and the other adult seat separately.

We most always have 3 people and can usually ride all together.

For most rides a small-medium sized child with two average sized adults can easily fit into one vehicle row (Peter Pan, Tea Cups, Dumbo, Big Thunder, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Little Mermaid, Mater's, etc.). Snow White and Pinocchio will probably be more comfortable if one adult sits behind two in front. Mr. Toad's Wild Ride is a bit tighter, but you will be in cars one after the other. Radiator Springs Racers has 3 seats across.
