3 nts & 3 res? will i have to move

Hi - I know this sounds nuts. But for a long weekend in dec, we could not get 3 nights AP at either Poly or POR so we were going to split our stay. Then I felt like for such a short trip, why move so we decided to just stay at POR - and use the room savings for other fun activities. Still could not get AP rate for 3 nights at POR but figured it would all work out. I got an AP rate for Fri nite. For Sat I could not get any discount so I took a AAA rate and kept hoping. I could get a holiday rate for Sunday so I took it. I have been calling and hoping to put the reservations together with one code. Now the holiday rate expired and I still can't get AP rate.

The cost ended up pretty good - but I have 3 confirm numbers for three nights. Has this happened to anyone? Will I have to move?

Advice please - I feel rediculous.

Okay, if I'm understanding you correctly, you have 3 separate ressies all at POR with 3 separate confirmation #'s correct?? I assume all in the same catagory also?? Meaning all standard view or water view??

I would call CRO and just ask them to link the ressies. Explain the situation and that you definetly do not want to have to move. They should be able to do this for you, and most likely you won't have to move. Hopefully, the worst will happen is they make you check-in and out 3 times (get new keys each day) but won't make you move. And with any luck, if they can link the ressies for you, you won't have to check in and out either. But I would definetly call and have them either link the ressies if they can or at least put in notes in all 3 reservations that you have 3 ressies all for POR and would prefer to not move.

I've had 3 ressie for the same resort before and when i chekced in I mentioned it and we stayed in the same room and did not have to check in again.

It's likely your ressies are already linked if made by the same CRO cm, but I would call and check to be sure. Things can get mixed up even with Disney!

For the first time in over 30 yrs I've not received a written confirmation for my December dates and when I called they could not find my deposit. I was on line looking at it in my credit card so I had a number for them - eventually he did find it.

Lately I've had a few mix-ups so I wonder if there are some new CRO CM's.

Received a written confirmation for someone esle's reservation a couple of times. Twice it was in mine so I called CRO asap and another time it was someone with the same last name. I was so worried about their reservation - a different name but all my info. It was a Poly res and if a deposit was not rec'd I knew it would cancel.

CRO did some checking and then he canceled that reservation! I still wonder if that family got their nights at the Poly okay!

Thanks - Yes -the rooms are all waterview so that we can keep the same room (hopefully). I asked CRO to link the reservations. I really never thought it would end up like this and that I would ultimately be able to put the nights together. The CM said that they would put them together. I have really never seen reservations so tight for off peak - they did not have french quarter, contemporary, WL either.
