3 months free only for FL residents, except renewals

i just got a flyer in the mail about an extra 3 months free for annual passes, but after opening it says Florida residents. Ok, so why did I get it? They knew I lived in WV as it’s printed on the flyer.

Secondly, I did see if I renew I can get 3 additional months as long as I renew by January 2019.

I haven’t been a passholder for a few years now, but still get all the mail. We are planning to buy a seasonal pass in May this year, So I guess I can renew by January 2019 to get the extra months.
