This is my second trip report (and second time going). Last time I couldn't get the pictures to work, I might try again this time.

Dates: October 18-25
Who: Me (mom), husband, Grandma, DD6, DS4, DD2.
Why: For a family member's wedding
Transportation: We flew (grandma drove)
COVID-19 situation: I've been working from home since early March, DD6 and DS4 were going to school TH-F, husband still worked.
Days at Disney: 3 - AK, EPCOT, and MK

So before COVID-19 was a thing, my husband surprised me with saying he wanted to go to the wedding. We would have to pay for all 5 of us to fly so this really surprised me. I told him that I only wanted to go if we were going to do Disney again. I didn't want to pay for 5 plan tickets to go only Friday-Sunday. That seemed like a waste of money to me. Plus, DH works weekends so going Friday-Sunday is a week of vacation for him and his vacation always gets used up fast. So he agreed, back to FL and Disney for us.

COVID-19
We went back and forth on if we should go or not. Arguments not to go - many. Some of the things that made it easier to decide to go:
  • Our "bubble" was going (grandma, papa, and DH's aunt). They help us a lot with the kids so we've been seeing them a lot.
  • I read so many posts here and really felt that Disney was doing a good job
  • We flew Delta - I was comfertable with the safety precautions they were taking
  • Our kids didn't/don't go many places, but when they did, they were good with thier masks, even DD2 who turned 2 during the pandemic. We worked on her wearing her mask a lot, and she did great.
  • Very selfishly I had been having a hard time and I knew that this winter was going to get a lot harder, so I wanted a bit of a break first.
  • We were staying in a house, and planned on having most meals there. That limited our exposure to others (not staying in a hotel, and not eating out as much).
Ultimately, we decided to go (obviously :)).

Other details:

House: We booked through a discount place with my work back in January before the pandemic started to be widely known. We did this last time and had a condo in a gated community. This time, it was a house not in a gated community. The house was nice, it had 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a private pool. Grandma & papa had a room, we had a room, and the kids had a room. The kids room had two twin beds, but DD6 and DD2 shared one bed and that worked out fine. I really like having a house when we travel. The kids don't sleep well when we're in the same room so it much better for us then a hotel. Plus I really like being able to have meals at the house.

Flights: We booked through a travel agent with Delta at the end of July. They still had the good cancellation policy (another reason I booked with them). I'm not sure if they still do, but that made me feel more comfortable booking, knowing that we wouldn't be out all of that money if we decided not to go.

Van: we rented a van through the travel agent as well. We picked Ace, which was a terrible mistake.

Disney tickets: I got these through Disney in May. I wanted to go through Disney just in case we decided to cancel or anything else happened. My work had a discount ticket through the same place we got the house, but I decided that wasn't a good idea this time around.

More to come!

Our driver, DH's aunt sometimes runs late, and so does DH. So I told them I wanted to be loading up the van about 5:30 a.m. I had asked DH to help load the van tonight, but he didn’t want to. I set my alarm for 4:45 a.m.

Sunday, October 18, 2020

I got up at 4:45 a.m. and took a shower. DH was still in bed, so I told him to get up and get ready. He then hopped in the shower. I started gathering the few last minute things. Then got the kids up and dressed around 5:15 a.m. Aunt came about 5:30 a.m. and DH was still getting ready. But this time, I had everything else ready to go, the kids dressed and with shoes on by the door. I was about to start loading the van, when DH came out of our room and loaded up. We pulled out of the driveway at 6:00 a.m. Why I always tell them earlier then we need. Always late.

We arrived at the airport about 6:20 a.m. We checked all of our suitcases, and headed towards security. The line for security wasn’t long at all, but still, they ushered us to the sorter line for check plus or something like that. Once through security, we made a bathroom stop. Then I waited in line for Starbucks, but the line wasn’t moving and the kids were getting antsy so I got out of line and we headed to our gate. On the way to our gate we passed a Caribou. We found our gate and somewhere to sit without other people around. Then I went back and got us coffee, banana bread for breakfast, and milk for the kids. I walked back to the gate and we ate breakfast. After we ate, we talked about our game plan. We decided not to have DS4 in his car seat on the plan, so we swapped car seats so DS4’s andDD6’s were in the backpack. Then we got DD2’s ready to use on the plane, because we had been using hers as rear facing and needed to change things to forward facing. We decided DS4 and DD2 would be with me and DD6 would be with DH.

Due to COVID-19 they boarded by rows. This was really nice. It didn’t take us long to get to our seats and set up. We were seated and ready to go by 8:10 a.m. Due to COVID-19 they were also blocking the middle row. That was nice for us because that meant we had 6 seats for the 5 of us. They also gave out clorox wipes & hand sanitizer, so we wiped everything down before the kids could touch much, and gave them hand sanitizer. DD2 spent some time in her car seat and some in the open seat. We had the kids eat snacks and watch things on the little TVs. DD2 got fussy before we landed and fell asleep for the last 20 minutes or so.

When we landed, I took the kids to the bathroom while DH grabbed the stroller and other car seats. We got our luggage and made our way to the shuttles. It wasn’t clear where our shuttle was going to pick us up, so we walked down one way a long way before I called at 1:25 p.m. and found out we needed to go the other way. We arrived at the car rental place - Ace - and it was nuts. There were people everywhere. One lady told us they had been waiting for over 1.5 hours and it wasn’t their turn yet. There wasn’t anywhere to wait except the sidewalk between the building and the road where they brought the cars. It was a very stressful experience. I called our lunch reservations - The Boathouse at 1:55 p.m. to tell them I thought we would be missing our 2:30 p.m. reservations. They said they would hold our table for 20 minutes, but they didn’t have any other openings that day. They would have us check in and they would get us in where they could. Papa called at 3:00 p.m. and I told them we were going to be there for a quite a while longer. The kids were so bored and getting really hungry. I got a headache since I hadn’t eaten much all day. At 3:24 Grandma had called. They made it to the house - our check in-time was at 4:00 p.m. so they offered to go to the grocery store for us. At 4:18 they texted to say they had the groceries and were on their way back to the house. I texted that we were 3 minutes out at 4:18 p.m.

When we arrived at the house and the code to get inside wasn’t working. They were able to let us in remotely, and I found out that they had updated the code. I have a picture of the kids in their room on the twin beds at 4:28 p.m. We got settled in the house and let the kids swim a while. Everyone was so happy to be in the house and move around mask free! We ate spaghetti by the pool. This was supposed to be our meal for Monday night, but when talking with my in-laws before they headed to the grocery store, we decided to make it for tonight instead.

We got the kids ready for bed and put them down. I then got ready for the next day. I picked out their close. Had a change of clothes for DS4 and DD2, pull-ups for DD2, snacks, extra masks (I packed extra cloth and disposables for everyone). I had one backpack set for the diaper bag, and the other had our rain coats in it.

Masks:

I tried a bunch of different ones, and everyone had different preferences.

Me: Primal Masks - I got two MS Society ones as I raise money for the MS Society and they sent an email saying a portion of the price of the masks went to the MS Society - Bonus! They just fit the best too.
DH: Wore masks made by a family member and disposibles
DD6: Tie masks from KawaiiCreationBySapp on Etsy, she also liked the ones made for her by two different Great Aunts.
DS4: Masks from LittleOrganicCompany on Etsy. Vista Print kids masks. and the ones made by the Great Aunts.
DD2 (she wears glasses): Tie masks from KawaiiCreationBySapp on Etsy. Vista Print kids masks. One of the Great Aunt's also made her one that has a stretchy drawstring. So the bottom is a loop - rests on her neck, loops through the mask, then the top has a bead we used to tighten it. This was her favorate mask. StoneManorBoutique has some adult ones simular to the one she has. This was her favorate mask, then the tie ones. I think it's because those two didn't go behind her ears and mess with her glasses much.

We had disposibles for adults and kids. DD2 and DS4 wore the disposible ones a few times when they were getting tired of their masks, and we had already gone through all the ones we brought. Each day at Disney, I would bring at least 2 cloth for DH, DD6, and myself. For DS4 and DD2 I would bring most of the masks as they would get tired of theirs more. Plus DD2's would get wet on the inside. I also would bring several disposibale ones. Our house had a washer and dryer so we did a load almost every day. We would wash our masks after each use.

I got up about 6:30 a.m. I hadn’t slept well. The house was hot and I still had my headache. The kids got up and ate breakfast by 7:25 a.m. I had wanted to leave about 7:50 a.m. but DH was late getting up, so things were slow. I had heard that the parks were opening early, but I was worried that they wouldn't and my family would be made I had them get out the door so early. I have a picture of the kids dressed and ready to go at 8:02 a.m. We passed under the Disney’s Animal Kingdom sign at 8:36 a.m. The line to pay for parking was quite long and our line wasn’t moving very fast. DS4 had to go to the bathroom really bad while we were waiting. We stopped at 9:16 a.m. before we entered the park to take a PhotoPass picture. We then entered the park and headed to the Safari. I wanted to go to Flight of Passage first, but since we had gotten there late, the wait was already long. We went to the first wilderness outpost at 9:23 a.m. It was suggested that we do it last time we went and we didn’t do it. It was suggested this time as well, so I decided to do it. I wish we hadn’t. The kids only found a few of them interesting, and since we were social distancing, we had to wait at every station. We got in line for the safari right by the bathrooms and it wasn’t moving so I suggested running to the bathroom quickly. That was a bad idea! We came out and DH and the line were nowhere to be found! We ran up the line, but didn’t find him. Turned out he had gotten out of line and we missed him when we got out of the bathrooms. We got back in line by 9:39 a.m. and made it on the safari at 9:47 a.m.

After the safari we did the Gorilla Trail. The kids thought that was really cool. The best Wilderness Station was the one almost at the end of the Gorilla Trail. DD2 tried to mimic the cast member at the station. She was crossing her legs with her hands on her hips. Everytime DD2 would try, she would turn around. We made another bathroom break with a snack break. We then purchased our family souvenir - a white and purple rhino that we can put in our garden.

We went and got Starbucks then, we decided Grandma would take the kids to Dino Land and DH and I would try to do Flight of Passage. We first started seeing Pandora stuff about 11:26 a.m. and made it to the end of the line at 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we should have asked someone where the start of the line was because we ended up walking a lot further then we needed to to find the end of the line. That probably took about 10 minutes, when we were actually really close to the end of the line and didn’t know.

The line didn’t move at first, but then it was pretty consistent. We saw Timon and Pumbaa on a pontoon boat. While we were waiting. The wait for the flight of passage said 65 minutes and it took about an hour from getting in line to getting off the ride. It was cool seeing everything along the way. Neither of us had done the ride before. Grandma sent us a message at 12:07 p.m. with Victoria asleep in the stroller. We made it inside at 12:12 p.m., and were on the ride about 12:40. DH was worried about the set up. He thought it would be too tight on him, He's not over overweight, but tall. So something to concider about the ride.

Once the ride started it was so cool! I didn’t watch any videos on it, and glad I didn’t. It was a really cool experience. I’m also glad we didn’t bring DD6. She was tall enough, but I don’t think she would have liked it. We called Grandma when we got up and debated where to meet up. I wanted to do Na’vi River Journey since we were right there, but it was going to cut it close with our lunch reservations. I think we would have been fine, but the posted wait time was 40 minutes and our reservations were in 40 minutes. DH convinced me to do the Kali River Rapids instead as that wait was only about 25 minutes. By the time we met up with Grandma by the rapids it was really raining hard. We put on rain gear and headed into Kali River Rapids with Grandma, DS4 and DD6. DH took DD2 to duck under an umbrella. We where in the cue at 1:21 p.m. and thankful to be in the building as it was raining pretty good. Even though we were already soked! We got on about 1:30 p.m.

This ride was amazing! DD6 and I had done it last time we were there. DS2 absolutely loved the ride and wanted to do it again! At 1:38 p.m. I texted DH to let him know we were about to get off. He said he was meeting us at Tiffins for our 1:40 p.m. reservations. It was sprinkling at this time and we ran to Tiffins. Everyone was glad to sit down to eat and take off our masks for a bit. We were all so soaked!

The kids shared two orders of the tacos, Grandma had the Butter Chicken, I had the Shrimp and Grits, and DH had the Whole-fried Sustainable Fish. All of the food was absolutely delicious. The kids loved their desserts as well. While I was taking one of the kids to the bathroom, DH ordered The Lion King for me. It was really good and I shared with him and Grandma. At lunch, Grandma and the kids told us about their adventures. DD2 had fallen asleep by the time they got to TriceraTop Spin and they didn’t end up riding it. They did some carnival game and DS4 won a dinosaur which he was very excited about. They also talked to some CMs about dinosaurs and they were impressed with how much DS4 knew. They had also spent some time on Discovery Island before DD2 fell asleep.

We left lunch and headed to Na’vi River Journey and were in line by 3:39 p.m. It was raining again a little bit, so we had our rain gear on again. When we got off of the ride it was raining really hard. We were already so wet so it didn’t matter much. The kids wanted to ride the rapids again, so we headed there. The park was really empty at this point. It seemed like we were there by ourselves. Grandma stayed with DD2 this time. We walked right on the ride. When it ended, they wanted to go again. We called Grandma and she said okay, so we asked the CM and they said we just needed to walk up the ramp and turn around and walk back on. So we did that. The kids thought that was the best thing ever.

I was bummed that we missed Expedition Everest - it was down most of the day due to the rain. Next time we will have to get there on time and head there first. We also didn’t do Maharajah Jungle Track and we didn’t have time for that. We were in the car and leaving at 5:17 p.m.

We got back to the house and Papa had made Sloppy Joe’s per the kids request. The kids ate a lot of food. We put the stroller and all of our rain gear in the garage to dry off. We checked on DS4 and DD6's school work and had them work through some of it. We swam and gave the kids baths and put them to bed. I cleaned up for a bit, and picked out clothes for the next day. I also added a few things to the diaper bag.

We had so much fun this day. Even though we were all so soked. I felt that people were pretty good about staying away from others and most people we saw were wearing thier masks correctly.

The kids got up in the middle of the night - I think it was around 3 a.m. For some crazy reason they thought it was morning time and were partying in the living room. I asked DH to get them back in bed. He had them all go to the bathroom and back in bed. I still had my headache from Sunday and it was really bad that night, so I was not sleeping well. In my lack of sleep, I decided to change our lunch reservation from Chefs de France at 3:50 to Teppan Edo at 1:10 p.m. I was second guessing my choice when I woke up. Was it a good call or not? Papa got up really early, I ended up joining him as I couldn’t sleep anymore. The kids got up a while later and we had breakfast. Then they went for a swim and worked on the kids school work.

We left and headed to EPCOT, once again, I wanted to leave earlier, but didn't want to get there too early, have it not be open and people mad at me. It was a little nice to have a more relaxed morning, and get some school work done. We passed under the Walt Disney World sign at 10:16 a.m. and the EPCOT parking at 10:23 a.m. The line for parking went a lot faster this day. DD2 had fallen asleep on the way there. We tried to get her to stay asleep in the stroller, but she didn't stay asleep for long. We took a photo pass picture in front of Spaceship Earth at 10:44 a.m. We were going to head to Test Track first, but the line was already long, so we did Spaceship Earth. We were on the ride by 10:50 a.m. I’m glad I did it because it’s an ionic ride, but I don’t think I’d do it again. The line for Test Track was over 60 minutes, so we decided to keep going. I see how people say the walls made things disorienting. I diffidently found that to be the case. We were making our way to Mexico and I saw a carriage with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. It was too bad we were so far away. Only Thaddeus, Penelope and I saw it. We did the Gran Fiesta Tour. I was worried about the waits to get into Mexico. Thankfully, that wasn’t an issue at all! After that we got in line for Frozen.

The wait said 50 minutes, but I didn’t want to backtrack and do it later, so we waited. While DH waited, I ran to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe because I wanted to see what they had. It was closed, but the sign said they had some stuff at a nearby kiosk, so I went there. I really wanted some Kringla, but they didn’t have any. I ended up getting the school bread. It was really good. The picture made them look small, but they were really big! I got two for us all to share. I joined DH and the kids at 12:05 p.m. and right away Elsa and Anna came out. We were in the short alleyway where they came out. The kids thought it was really cool. We were on the ride by 12:30 p.m. The kids thought it was great. Penelope was waving to everything on the ride. It was so cute! After we got off the ride, we continued around the world to our lunch at Teppan Edo. I’m glad we were on the way there because DD2 wanted to take her mask off. She was also getting hungry. It started sprinkling just as we were getting close. They took a while to seat us, but soon we were at a table with two other ladies separated by a screen. The kids love Asian food, and this was no exception. The kids sure loved the hibachi and still talk about it all the time.

We ordered spicy calamari, spicy roll, Filet Mignon, and Ebi to share. For the kids we ordered Julienned Steak. DH and Grandma got drinks and I stayed with a coke. My headache was really bad when we first sat down so I was closing my eyes and trying to drink a lot of water. I started feeling a bit better after lunch. All of the food was so good and everyone ate so much food. We got back to our stroller and it started raining again. People started clearing out really fast. We went across the sidewalk and took some PhotoPass pictures at 2:40 p.m. We continued on our way. DD2 was a little fussy and we had to try 3 different masks before we found one she would wear. We stopped again in Morocco for more pictures. From there, we decided to take the friendship boat to Canada, we landed at 3:14 p.m. In Canada, I got Starbucks. Then we decided to split up. DS4 was also having a harder time, so he and DD2 stayed with me. DD6, DH, and Grandma headed on to Soarin’ where the wait was about 25 minutes. They were going to meet me at Test Track, where the wait was about 40 minutes.

While in line at Starbucks I saw a carriage with a bunch of princes. I called DH and asked him where he was. He wasn’t far away, so I told him to turn around. DD6 thought it was so cool to see the princess. I wanted to check out the water falls in Canada, but DD4 and DD2 were getting quite fussy. I decided to head to Test Track and get in line. On our way it started raining really good again. I tried to cover us up as much as possible, but we did get quite wet. When we got there, I realized my mistake. The wait was still listed as 40 minutes, but the whole line was inside, and I couldn’t bring DD2 with me. I thought we’d be waiting outside for a bit. Thankfully, there was a spot we could sit out of the rain while waiting for DH and everyone else. At 3:41 p.m. I texted DH to let him know we were waiting for them. At 3:42 p.m. he texted to say they were just getting on. At 3:53 p.m. he texted to say they were on their way. They met up with us and we passed DD2 off to Grandma. We were inside by 4:11 p.m. DD4 thought the ride was amazing. He had such a blast! He wanted to do it again right away, but we didn't want to wait again. From there, we made our way to Living with the Land. DD2 had fallen asleep on the way there. DH carried her and she slept with him most of the time. Living with the Land was walk on. We enjoy this ride quite a bit, it has so much interesting information and fun to see the plants.

We left Living with the Land and headed over to The Seas with Nemo & Friends. This was also a walk on ride. We were on the ride at 5:30 p.m. By this time DD2 had woken up. Then we looked at the aquarium. We got some more PhotoPass pictures with Nemo. The place looked dead! DS4 fell asleep in the stroller on the way back to the car. We got back to our car at 6:12 p.m. I thought for sure the kids would be asleep on our way home, but surprisingly they didn’t.

We stopped at Walmart and got a couple of take and bake pizzas. We got home and ate dinner. We got the kids to bed. Overall, another great day. I wish I would have checked out the falls at Canada. DS4 and DD2 would have loved that.

Wednesday, October 21, 2020 - Beach Day!

My headache was finally gone! Yay. We got up and had a nice breakfast. We were excited for today - beach day! We worked on more school work, and got ready for the day. We had planed to go after lunch. But we looked at the forecast, and it was going to rain in the afternoon so we headed out earlier then we planned. We got to Clearwater Beach about 10:30. We let the kids play at the playground a bit as we put on swimsuits. Once everyone had swimsuits on, we headed down to the ocean. We were on the beach by 11:00 a.m. We swam and had snacks. Everyone was having a great time. DD2 wasn’t liking the ocean much. I think waves were too much for her, because she usually loves to swim. We walked around, swam, ate, and had a blast. Then it was time for lunch. We changed and played again. Then we started walking down the main road at 1:15 p.m. I decided to look online and pick a place. I saw Frenchy’s and called to confirm they could take a party of 6 people. They said they could. We got there around 1:30 sat outside without anyone near us and ordered our food. Everyone thought the food was great.

The kids were really tired, so it was time to make our way back to our house. We got back to the car and by 3:12 p.m. DD2 and DS4 were asleep. When we got back to the house, Grandma and Papa went to go get stuff for hamburgers. On the way, they stopped to get air for a flat tire. They found a nail in the tire, so went to a tire store to get it fixed. DH met them and took Papa to the store. Grandma came home. While this was going on, we cleaned up the house and worked on school work. The kids thought the hamburgers were really good, and ate a lot of food.

I had planned on going to the grociery store less, but since we ate Monday's dinner Sunday, and we didn't eat dinner in Clearwater like I thought we would, we ended up going more then we should have.

I love working in a beach day. For us, its a nice relaxing break. The kids nap well in the car and it's so nice to spend time at the ocean. We did the same last time - beach day in the middle. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach wasn't too busy. There wasn't anyone near us.

Thursday, October 22, 2020

The kids and I got up and ate breakfast. Once again everyone else was running late. We passed by the Magic Kingdom sign at 8:20 a.m. We were parked and on the ferry at 8:55 a.m., later then I wanted, but not too bad. We were in Magic Kingdom by 9:06 a.m. and watching the Dapper Dan’s. DH, DD6, DS4 and I got in line for Splash Mountain at 9:20 a.m. It said about 35 minutes wait. We were on the ride by 9:50 a.m. The kids really liked this ride! Then we got in line for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. I forget how long the wait was, but I think it was around 25 minutes. We were on and off that ride by 10:19 a.m. We we got off and headed to meet up with Grandma and DD2, we saw a parade. I don’t remember all of the characters, but I know Goofy and Clarabelle were there. DS4 really happy and said “Hi Goofy!!”.

We met up with Grandma near The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. I wanted to do Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the Caribbean, but the lines were really long, so we did The Magic Carpets of Aladdin first. After a bathroom break and some snacks we got in line for Pirates of the Caribbean. The kids were a little antsy while waiting and this was one of the longest lines we waited in. The wait said 55 minutes and it was probably close to that. When we exited, we let the kids get some stuff from the giftshop. DD6 and DD2 got Minnie ears and DS4 got a sword. When we got out of the giftshop, we took some PhotoPass Pictures at 11:29 a.m. As we were taking the pictures, Jack Sparrow came out! So we got some pictures with him as well. Grandma had already done Jungle Cruise with DD2, so she walked around with her while we got in line for Jungle Cruise at 11:34 a.m. The wait time was 55 minutes, but it looked like it was going fast. We started our cruise at 12:00 p.m. We got off our cruise and it was dead. The line was completely gone!

We called Grandma to meet her at our lunch reservations - Be Our Guest! We checked in at 12:00 p.m. and it didn’t take long for them to seat us. DD2 had fallen asleep. The day was so hot, it was nice to be in the air conditioning! Grandma had the Maine Lobster Bisque and Filet Mignon, DH had the French Onion Soup and Filet Mignon, and I had the Mixed Field Greens and Filet Mignon. The kids split Macaroni and Cheese and I can’t remember if they had Grilled Beef or Chicken. They both wanted Macaroni and Cheese, but they don’t normally like it in restaurants. They really loved it! All of the food was great. The kids thought it was cool they got to paint their own ‘Cip’ cups. The Beast came out three times while we were there. DH walked around a bit with DD2 as she was a bit fussy. Between the food and cooler air we were refreshed. We left lunch about 1:52 p.m. and were trying to decide what to do. DH really wanted to ride Seven Dwarfs Mine Train but the line had been long all day. We rode Under the Sea which was almost a walk on. Then DH decided he and DD6 would get in line for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It was such a quick decision that I forgot to do rider swap. While he did that, I took some pictures of DD2. DS4 really wanted to ride Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, so we waited in line for that. That was one of the longest rides we’ve been on. It was 35-40 minutes if I remember correctly. We were on it at 3:04 p.m. A lot of the waiting was in the hot sun too. He loved it and wanted to ride it again. We decided to not ride it again, and go on The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. When we were about done, DH said they were off Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

They met us in the gift shot where the kids picked out gifts. DD2 was picking several stuffed animals and ended up with Minnie Mouse. DS4 and DD6 both got light up wands. We left the gift shop at 3:40 p.m. and took a bathroom break. I got in line for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Grandma took DS on the Mad Tea Party and Dumbo The Flying Elephant then met up with me. While we were in line DH took the girls on the Mad Tea Party (while Grandma and DS4 went too). They also did Peter Pan. We got off the ride at 4:45 p.m. DS4 had a blast. DH called and said he was by It’s a small world. I told him we should meet up and head to Tomorrowland since we didn't do that last time. We passed in front of the castle to get some Photopass pictures at 5:00 p.m. With the park closing at 6:00 p.m. I know we needed to get to the rest of the stuff. Tomorrowland was pretty empty. DH wanted to do Space Mountain so we headed there. Grandma stayed with DD2 and we were going to do rider swap, but she didn’t end up doing the ride. DS4 was almost too short to go on this right, but he made it! The kids and I didn’t like this ride much. We have our ride Photopass pictures at 5:30. When we got off, DH and the kids spent time in the gift shop. I told Grandma I was going to hurry and get our magnet. She changed DD2’s pull-up then came to meet up with me. I didn’t realize there was a line to get into the Emporium, so I had to do a bit of backtracking. Though, they said it was quick. The line did go really quickly. Grandma met up with me and came in with me, but then decided to wait outside. There wasn’t a lot of magnets and I really didn’t like the options. I looked all over the store. My phone was getting close to dying and DH called to say his phone was about to die and he’d meet me at the exit. I purchased a magnet and met Grandma outside the store. At 6:04 p.m. we were walking to the exit and saw Mickey and Minnie at the exit dancing. DD2 loved it.

I started taking Pictures of DD2 on the bench with Walt and Minnie. They turned out so cute! Then DH and the other two kids met up with us. They were excited because they got to see Mickey and Minnie as well. They joined DD2, then Grandma noticed a Photopass photographer behind us and we asked him to take our pictures. Our last picture was at 6:13 p.m.

We left and called Papa to decide what to do with dinner. We had some leftovers to eat, but didn’t know if it was enough, so we ended up getting McDonald’s for me and the kids. We got home, ate, and put the kids to bed.

I started cleaning up as we had to switch places the next day and had to be out by 10:00 a.m.
