3 Hour Date Night

My in laws have spontaneously offered to keep the kids this afternoon, so hubby and I thought we would head to Disney for a few hours alone.

We are new annual passholders and we only really have experience with MK and Epcot so we are thinking DHS or AK. Where would you go? What would you do? We love thrill rides so we are definitely hoping to catch at least one grown up ride.

My advice? Given that knowledge alone, go with AK. Ride Everest a bunch of times. Catch one of the Lion King or Nemo shows, and tie it all up with a romantic-esque dinner either at Yaki & Yeti or at a Disney hotel outside the park.

I would go to Animal Kingdom. It will probably be less crowded in the afternoon. You can ride Expedition Everest and Dinosaur then try to grab dinner at Yak and Yeti. I don't know about getting FP+ or an ADR but if it was me, that is what I would try for. Have fun!
