I had heard this and will not be cruising with them again !! I think they may find a lot of cancellations , just like the new DAS I already know of people who will not be going again. I am not blaming them for either but Cruising with them is out for me , I will make th best of DAS for my P &P trips , for myself and thegrannies I doubt it will affect us but this dang new FP+ can be a pain. I think they intend to stop the regular FP soon as well !

They must have someplace on the ship for smokers, yes? I thought they had a special area?

This morning I was reading about a new FP trial to begin at HS of choosing from 2 groups of attractions. One choice from one group and 2 choices from the other group. Disney is messing up big time right now.

I only needed the GAC for certain attractions (no stairs etc) and have no idea how that can be accommodated now. I feel terrible for those who have family members/friends who will not be able to visit Disney parks anymore due to the new DAS.

FP+ selections ... I really haven't done any yet. Janet is going to forward me what she has and I'll copy them for the attractions I can do. Looks like thrill rides are out for me this trip.

Sanaa food .... every time I've eaten there we have always shared items. We've always chosen the slow cooked items and of course the bread service.

Marie I may have spoken too soon about the photopass ... if all of you promise to load all of your personal pictures on the website I would be interested.

Also reminder to everyone .... my Tables card is still good so if you want the 20% discount on food and drink please bring cash or Disney gift cards with you for each meal. I have had some servers ask for my id and insist that I be the one to pay the entire bill.

Linda, happy to see you are thinking positive! My concern would be the long flights ...hopefully by Dec 3rd you will be able to sit comfortably for long periods.

No it was always the Tuesday I had to be back by 11th!!! Christine that is only 3 rides a day , not at all a lot !!! I talked to Janet and we have a game plan , plus her and Iagree this trip we should stop and smell the roses., I want to explore the Tree of Life a bit more and she wants to do the Pengani Forest Trail. Talked about Flights of Wonder which is one I can't do with Carol as she is petrified of birds

Have you considered adding another driver to the car rental? Might be worth it in case driving is difficult after a long day in the parks.

Is David still going to join you on the 9th? Back to onsite then?

(I just giggled out loud...if I had gone we would have had one grannie who could not walk much, one grannie who could not sit much ...and one grannie in caffeine and nicotine withdrawal. )

I LOVE a stop and smell the roses kind of trip...but cannot envision you or Janet doing one of those. I am sorry to miss this one as it would have been so nice not to be running from here to there.

Today Dawn and I intend to take it easy and rest up for MVMCP. We may go to DHS a bit in the late morning/ early afternoon and we have 3 FP + booked for DHS during this time -- if we don't do a park, we may go mini golf or relax by the pool for a bit. We don't want to hit MK until about 3:00 or 4pm'ish so we can be rested and ready for the party

Would love to join you for GF Cafe at 10:30 if you are still planning on going.... 8:55 am would be too early for us.

Today my Disney mail arrived I have my yellow suitcase tag and my ME book !!!

I will look next week and see when is good. I know several days were the same.

Now I have done replies , I will update you on my DRAMA. Wednesday mornn I woke up with a strange pain in the roof of my mouth, when I got up it seemed to be moving t my throat. y 11 a , at work the pain moved to my chest and my pulse was racing . A co worker took me to the ER, where my heart rate was 170, they gave me some intravenous drugs and nitro pills . Judy arrived , all shook up !!! Mom is supposed to be invincible and this scared the daylights out of her . Well they admitted me , and I lost count of how many EKGs they didplus an echocardiogram !! Today I was scheduled for a nuclear stress test and a heart xray 3 times All tests were good and all my labs were fine so I as discharges this afternoon with 2 new heart meds and have to cut down on my coffee to 2 cups a dayplus drink water after each cup. I think my recent spell of bronchitis contributed greatly to this , but with the new meds nd the reduced caffeine plus less salt and yes I have to cut down on smoking All of which I will do . Cuz I plan on being around a LONG time !!!

I noticed that !!! My guess is that Soarin' was getting to many FP+ as I know the regular FP was out super early , probabally the others in the 1st tier too, so this will spread the choices out more. Works for me as I will pick Soarin; When we go with the Group I ill pck the Character Spot and DAS Soarin

I will look next week and see when is good. I know several days were the same.

Janet thinks with EMH that morning we can get Safari done first thing and EE several times for those who want to , As the only rides for me are Safari and Dinasaur I chose FOTLK as of the 2 shows that is my favorite . It is neat that we all seem to want to do rides in Dinoland and I can do Dinasaur which is a little tooo intense for the groups

Yet I have no fear of flying I think we can do stuff together and apart . I don't like things jumping out at me in the dark, I've always kept my fingers cracked over my eyes in both Dinosaur AND Forbidden Journey at Universal! ( don't know if you've done that one yet) -- things jumping out at me freak me out, lol!!
