We won 3 Dreams in our 9/13 to 9/19 vacation.

The First Dream was on 9/15 on Star Tours, we sat down getting buckled up and I look up and there they are standing in front of us. Dream Fast Passes for all. That was excellent. No Wait for Toy Story Mania.

The Second was on 9/17 at Toon Town right after we got our picture taken with Mickey and Minnie, there stood the Dream Team again. Then the single greatest Dream. 1 extra hour in the park with 3000 other people. We rode 7 rides in 1 hour. One complaint those damn turnstiles, the one for the Haunted Mansion took 5 minutes to walk through it seemed.

The Final one was for my 2 year old Daughter, we were waiting for the rest of the family to get done riding Space Mountain. Up walks a Dream Team and gives my 2 year old the pin necklace with all the pins on it. He said she looked liked she needed some.

So one week 3 Dreams and a lot of wonderful memories. Now they just need to have a Year of a million buses and that would make me happy.

Wow, Wow and Wow! How lucky were you? Boy would I love those Dream Fastpasses in DHS to be able to just get on TSM! :wizard:

I am going to Disney Nov 30-Dec 6....I went last year and no dream wishes...however, everyone says that the "Dream Team" was walking around....do they have uniforms that say Dream Team. How do you know it's them?

Congrats! Sounds like you had a wonderful trip!

Well, at least you had something good happen to almost make up for the lack of YOMD buses!!!
I've never seen so few Dream Squad people out. We were there from Sept 4-7 and saw only one DT person. Then, I was back again from the 25-29...I did see a lot of dream fast passes hanging around guests' necks, but actually only saw one Dream Team person out...that was on my last night, over in WS.
I've gotten dream FPs before as well as the special Mickey ears, but nothing in recent trips.

Don't bother looking for them by the way. They don't choose people at random..it's all very cut and dried. They know when they're being 'stalked' and avoid you.

We actually spent time talking to a couple of "off-duty" dream team members during our last trip in August. My daughter had gone up to one of them to trade pins since she was wearing a lanyard. We got into a conversation about her job. She told us that typically if they are hanging around with the messenger bags that they are not handing out dreams - they are doing other things like singing Happy Birthday, greeting guests etc. She said that when they are doing dreams they have another person (I forget what she called them) who goes with them to get to the computer generated location at the time specified.

They are dressed in blue shirts, white vests and carry black bags...check out my avatar, that is :goodvibes one of the dreammakers.

We saw a bunch of people dressed like that, but walking around by themselves (not in groups) and we really didn't notice any dreams being given out.

BUT one guy stopped my husband (who was wearing a bday button) and sang a birthday song to him in the middle of Frontierland. What a hoot! :rotfl2:

Hooray for you!

We were there that week and got the special Mouse Ears on 9/16 at Epcot in Innoventions West around 2:30pm.

We saw them at Hollywood Studios on 9/17 at One Man's Dream around 9:40am. However, the two of them just walked around for a few minutes and exited. Maybe they were just killing time. I resisted the urge to stalk them and we stayed for the video. LOL! Oh, well.......
