If you were going to Disney on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday (all full days, not traveling) which parks would you go to and why? Also, no Park Hopping!

Trying to decide where to go and what to do on a possibly imaginary future trip! :cloud9:

Thanks!

Thats a tough 1 to ansewer. Being soo many people have diffrent idea's. But here is what we would do.

MK-Yes #1 on our list being they have lots of rides and great shows.

AK- Being were love all animals this is a must for us. They have some great shows also and with there early close time we just use that as out down town Disney evening.

Epcot- This is a great place for all ages and the World is always great to see and spend time at.

HS-That we would skip, not that we dont like it but it would in our eyes be tied with Epcot.

For me it would depend on the time of the year, crowds, what special event were going on, etc. It's hard to fathom not park hopping and only being there 3 days but we would defiantely do MK and Epcot and then depending on time of year we would maybe do one of the other 2 parks.

May & Dec we would do DHS b/c of SWW and Osbourne Lights.
Oct we would do another day at MK for MNSSHP or Epcot for F&W fest.
if it were in Jan/Feb and cooler but not cold we would do AK b/c we have been there when it is cool and its just so weird and neat, some of the animals are pretty active in cooler temps.

I just got back from a three day trip with my DDs (4 and 7).

We did a day each at MK, Epcot, and DHS. AK has never been a full day park for us...DD #1 actually hated it on her last visit and cried for the whole two hours we lasted there. Park hoppers weren't in our budget this trip (especially since we would only have hopped on one of the three days, cutting down our DHS time to do AK in the same day) so this was the best choice of parks for us.

I always base my park days on which parks I felt I spent the least amount of time at the previous trip.

I spent a lot of time at MK and Epcot, 1 day at AK, and a few hours at DHS last trip, so for my next trip, which is 3 nights, I will be doing a full day at AK, full day at DHS, dinner and a few hours in Epcot, and maybe some MK on my departure day.

I have to agree that it would all depend on what time of year you are going. Can't miss wine and food festival and yet the flower and garden festival is great as well.

Definately Magic Kingdom, HS has Tower and Rockin' not to mention Toy story Mania, Animal Kingdom has Everest and Epcot has soarin' Test track and a lot of good shopping.

Really tough to pick just 3 but if I had to I would skip the Animal Kingdom because it really is hit or miss on the animals and the dining choices are limited.

I am planning a 3 day trip myself next March. All 3 days will more than likely be spent at Epcot during the flower and garden festival. Maybe an afternoon at HS....got to get my Terror on....

I'm going on a two day trip next month and we are doing Epcot and MK - if I had to pick a third choice, I would choose Animal Kingdom since DS loves animals.

Springtime:

#1 MK
#2 Epcot (Flower and Garden)
#3 AK
#4 DHS

Summertime
