We are booked for the 3-day cruise and we have 2 small children. When looking at the excursions for Nassau I really don't see much that would suit our family, maybe the dolphin encounter, but my then 2 yr old I don't think would be allowed. We were considering just staying on the boat. We are not really big beach people and think that Castaway Cay will be enough for us as beaches go. Will there be things to do if we stay on the boat???

Also, in regards to hair braiding goes, do you make a reservation to have that done or do you just go wait in a line for it. This is something that our 6 yr old would love to do. She just got a hair wrap when we were down at BWV 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for the help

Yes, there is plenty to do on the ship. We just got back from our 3 day last week. We got off the boat basically to find a phone to call home(none worked) and we also stopped at Del Sol while we were there to buy my neices nail polish. Other than that we spent the day in the hot tubs, by the pool, and we saw a movie. You can check out the Navigators to see whats going on that might interest you, on Barb & Tonys site. They have it all there.
Enjoy!

I just wanted to add that my dh and I have been to Nassau, and there was no question that we're staying on the boat this time! LOL Spooooooky place! (JMHO)

We're looking forward to enjoying the (hopefully) crowd-free atmosphere onboard on the Nassau day. ;)
