Question for DCL pros, what happens in the event that we get a storm brewing towards the Bahamas during the weekend of the cruise, which happens to fall on Labor Day weekend...do they divert the itinerary to the Keys? I've been fortunate in all my cruising years that we've never come across a storm on our itinerary, but with long cruises, I'd think it would be easy to change itineraries...is it so with these short 3 day cruises??

If there's dangerous seas/weather in a "regular" itinerary, the itinerary may change. Whether they substitute a different port for a missed port - usually not. They usually just make it a sea day.

But it could happen.

The captain will not put the ship or passengers into a dangerous situation. He will move the ship into calmer waters.
