Disney Cruise Line is preparing to unveil overhauled theaters on both of its cruise ships that the company says will make its vessels the first to feature 3-D onboard movies. The company plans to premiere the new technology first on the Nov. 20 sailing of the Disney Wonder out of Port Canaveral, with a screening of the upcoming animated movie Bolt. By early 2009, Disney says, it plans to supplement the 3-d movies with new in-theater effects, including lasers, fog, streamers and stage lighting.

You may be joking, but I'd be soooo thrilled if it made a comeback!
I know it'll never happen, but a guy can dream.... but they DO say the theater will be equipped with fog, lasers and stage lighting : all needed to run EO correctly...
(maybe they'll use the streamers after every show to commemorate how awesome it is)

I AM AN 'EO FAN! He might not be the Disney modle anymore... but that was a GREAT movie!
