You can GOOGLE "Villa Direct" and search their 4 bedroom vacation rental homes with a private pool and a game room for $89 a night. That does not include pool heat. (They charge around $30 a day for pool heat so I would def skip that)

If you need a home for 9 ppl I would say you need bigger than a 3 bedroom unless you plan on having a lot of ppl sleeping in the floor.

For just a few hundred more for a week you can even rent a 5 bedroom home through Villa Direct just a few miles from Disney in very nice neighborhoods.

Most 3 bedrooms, at maximum, sleep 8. The 3 br. condo we rent has 2 queen beds, 2 twins, and a pull out sofa in the living room. I'd feel really bad for whomever was stuck on the sofa bed. I have had good luck with VRBO.com and vacationrentals.com for finding affordable homes to rent.

2 are babies. 3 BR will be perfect.

thanks

Was all excited about villa direct after reading your reply. It looked so nice. I went to check out and pay and THEY'RE CHARGING $200 additional for fees on top of the condo nightly rate, WHICH was not the advertised price int he first place.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

A place known for cheap rates is vacation central florida, I've not stayed with them. I have stayed with and can recommend 5mins2disney and romancing the mouse. (a google search should pull up any of these.) What made romancing the mouse the best deal for us was free pool heat. No one else could compare with that.

You can also put out an inquiry with windsorhillsrent (no s!) and see who makes you the best offer.

We stayed at Story Time Rentals in one of their 6 bedrooms. We had 10 in our party, the house was a bit bigger than what we needed, but that meant my oldest two girls got to go back and forth between sleeping in a toy Story room and a princess room.

A good price depends on your perspective and what all you are looking for.

Just returned as a group of 10 and stayed at storytime vacation homes. Loved it, plenty of room. I second staying at a larger house even with 2 babies! You will need it!

We stayed at one of the vacationcentralflorida.com townhouse units over Thanksgiving break and loved it. It had one King Room, one Queen Room, and a room with two doubles. The couch also pulled out, but we never used it. The pool heat was only $95 for the week and definitely worth it.

We stayed at this Emerald Island townhome in 2010. It had one bedroom with a queen and two bedrooms with 2 twins each. I don't remember and the ad doesn't say if the sofa folded out. It is less than $500/week, and was really close to the parks. The clubhouse with pool was right across the parking lot too.
