I have been researching options but I am still confused. I would like a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom villa for next year. What are my options? And what is a "grand villa"?

A Grand Villa is a 3 bedroom DVC room. They typically have 4 bathrooms. Available at all DVC resorts except Beach Club Villas, Wilderness Lodge Villas.

A 2 bedroom DVC villa will also give you 2 bathrooms

You could also look into the Treehouse Villas at SSR. They are 3 bdrm/2 bath and are much less than a grand villa. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds which is fine for kids. We've stayed there and our whole family loved it.

Getting the picture now. I do not need 4 bathrooms, that is for sure. Thinking that the Treehouse villas will be best. So all the 3 bedrooms villas except Treehouse have 4 bathrooms? The Treehouse villa is the only 3 bedroom, 2 bath choice?

Yes. Although, some of the grand villa's have three.

I also wanted to point out room capacities. The treehouse villas sleep up to 9. The grand villas sleep 12.

The THV has 3 bedrooms but is not much bigger sq footage than the 2 bedrooms because the bedrooms are very small. I've stayed in them and in Grand Villas and there's no comparison.

We stayed at the THV and really liked them. Yes, the bedrooms are small but it was fine. The couch made a double bed and the chair in the living a single bed (it was actually very comfortable ). I liked the master bath. Having the kitchen was nice. Ours had a river view and a few times we sat on the balcony watching the boats.

I have never stayed in grand villas so I cannot compare.

OKW Grand Villas are outstanding.. We've booked one, twice with 6 adults & 6 kids it was a lot of fun.

We've stayed in a GV and have been in a Tree House (visiting with friends) and the GV is amazing. We have 2 booked for our upcoming trip.

An OKW GV has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Be careful with the THV, one bedroom is bunk beds, so think about how that might work for your traveling party.

Saw the PP responses, parking for OKW is usually right is front of your villa.
