3 autograph book covers

I was wondering if anyone can create 3 autograph book covers?

The first one would be a picture with Lightning McQueen with the words:
Bella's Autograph Book 2010

The second one would be a picture of the castle with the words:
Kimberly's Autograph Book 2010

The third one would have a picture of Tinkerbell with the words:
Paige's Autograph Book 2010

Thank alot in advance. I am trying to make my own autograph books and I could not find a way to personalize these for the girls. The size of the books are 4X6.
