3 & 5 @ Epcot. Skip it or See it?

My kids love all of those. And have since they were younger than your kids :) Even if the material is over their heads, the way its presented is pretty cool!

We've done Ellen's Energy Adventure with a 3 year old and 5 year old and they liked it.

Well, I guess they did, I'm not sure. They didn't hate it. But the 3 year old fell asleep.

I say skip it, except journey into imagination. Last trip mine were 3 & 6 and we skipped all those rides. I know my kids and knew they would not enjoy it. My kids do love Soarin, Test Track, and Nemo. I want to try Maelstrom and Journey this year.

I wouldn't skip it. It took me 6 trips to appreciate Epcot though for it's beauty and everything about it! I would do Journey into Imagination, Nemo and the Seas, Living with the Land (one of my favorites), Soarin if they meet the height reiquirement, and TT for same reason. I would do the boat ride in Mexico they will love it and Norway ride. I would try to do some of the countries, midway through the countries you can do a little boat ride back to Future world, maybe get a snack or two in one of the countries, some of the movies may provide a good nap/rest time for them if they are not interested. Club Kool they can try different sodas from around the world, some of the Innoventions exhibits are geared towards little ones. And Spaceship Earth the big silver ball is a huge must!!!!! I wouldn't skip it if you can.

I took my 3 & 5 year old to Captain EO at Disneyland this summer. They were terrified of it as was my 4 year old niece. They weren't really scared of anything else, but there was a spider like lady that was pretty intense in it.

Please give Epcot a try!! We've been going since my daughter was 5 and it has always been her favorite park. It's such a great place with so much for the kids to do and experience.

And as a parent, I love the more leisurely atmosphere at Epcot. It's so relaxing compared to MK.

My kids are 3 & 5 and last year we skipped a bunch at Epcot 'cause I felt like it would have been over their head. Honest opinions needed please. Should I attempt these things with the kids this year or skip them again?

Journey into the Imagination
The Circle of Life
Cap't EO (wasn't there last year so we think we may go)
Ellen's Energy Adventure
O Canada

DH and I are going to try out Mission Space this year. We wussed out last year.

I don't know much about kids... I think they'd get a kick out of Journey into Imagination. It's at least a ride. I'm 25 and know a thing or two about MJ and was bored by Captain EO. BUT I'd imagine they will be getting rid of it very soon so it probably would be worth it just to say you've done it. Can't speak to the other two.

Good luck on Mission Space. I'd highly recommend the green side first... did the orange side and broke out into a cold sweat. Many rides at WDW provide warnings about motion sickness and they are not bad, but on this one - wish I would have heeded the warnings! Was sick for a few hours after!
