My daughter and I are going on the Disney cruise this Saturday. It's our first time on the Magic, and our first 7 day cruise, but we've done all the 3 day cruises that go out of Port Canaveral. Yes, we live in Orlando!
My daugher just turned 4 years old. I plan to take plenty of relaxing time to myself and let her enjoy all those activities at the kid's club. I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with the 3-4 year old daycare that they can share with me.
My daughter is pretty much potty trained, and usually takes care of herself, but she's very shy, and doesn't usually tell people she has to go. I'm afraid she's going to have an accident while she's there. I know they require children be completely potty trained, so will they kick her out if she has an accident? Is it okay for her to wear pull-ups? It would make me feel a lot more comfortable knowing that she won't be embarrassed by an accident.
She never wears them anymore, and stays dry most days/nights, but she still has mishaps a couple times a week.

Thanks!

Sorry, my bad! Can you tell I'm new to this? I posted in the wrong place. I am really enjoying your trip report! Wasn't paying attention...

I took my first Disney Cruise a week before my son turned 3. He was potty trained and would let you know when he had to go. He had a problem when he peed because of a membrane covering the tip which was diagnosed later. The doctor compared it to putting your thumb over the end of a garden hose. Because of this, his pee would spray and get his clothes wet when he peed. I explained the problem to the CM's and told them I would have him pee sitting down and hold some toilet paper in his lap to keep his clothes dry, but they are not allowed to help the children at all. So, every time he went potty, they beeped me to bring a change of clothes and after the 3rd time, he wasn't allowed back unless I stayed with him. Fortunately, it was only a 3 day cruise. I felt bad for him because it wasn't his fault. As for pull-ups, they are not allowed, and they will check to make sure the child is wearing underwear. Good Luck!
