3.4 oz in carry on

I posted on her asking about the 311 for carry one since we leave for Vegas soon and are doing only carry on for the first time. But I looked up on TSA for something else and on there it said 3.4 oz the reason I’m questioning this so much is my DH after shave is 3.4 we’ve been looking to find him something smaller but can’t find anything just seeing if There’s any issues with 3.4. Thanks all

3.4 is fine. 3.4 is the actual number; people just commonly refer to it as 3 oz.

It actually 100 ml, which equals 3.4 fl oz

THIS is why so many products are now sold in 3.4 oz sizes, some products were 4 oz or 3.8 oz, but have now moved to a 3.4 oz pkg size. I was particularly happy when my sunscreen moved from a 4 to 3 oz bottle.
