I don't know how many responses you will get here-but go to vrbo they have a whole listing of houses in that area!

You will not find a 3/4 bed villa near Universal. Universal is in Orange County and they do not allow short term rentals. You can stay in a condo near Universal but they will not have private pools.
Some communities nearer Universal, Terra Verde, Cumbrian Lakes, Lake Berkley all gated off the 192. They are 15 minutes to Universal and 10 minutes to Disney.

As already mentioned Orange County do not issue any Short Term Rental licenses so they don't have any private developments near US. I-Drive has timeshare/condo blocks but other than that you will have to head into the Kissimmee area around Highway 192.
