No, I'm not counting sheets.
Sometime this evening (5/16/2014) or very early tomorrow (5/17/2014) (all time Eastern) the Disboards will officially reach 3 million threads.
Now, of course, every moderator (and those of us who get the rss feed) knows that there are few threads started and then deleted. All those threads offering fake drivers' licenses, passports, and impossibly cheap electronics probably put the DIS over 3 million a while ago. I have no idea if these threads are counted.
Doesn't matter. The count on the home page matters and it is still 92, at least when I started this thread, but as i finish it is now only 84 threads (this one makes 82 or so), short of 3,000,000. That's what matters.
And yes, I'm tracking the countdown to 500,000 "members" as well as when the DIS will reach 50,000,000 posts (again, according to the home page readings). But I'm not saying when that is likely to happen. Not yet.
