3:00 Parade question in MK

We have a 4:10 reservation for BBB in MK.
If the parade is at 3pm, where should we stand to see it to get to BBB in time, and how long is it the parade for?

The parade isn't very long. If you watch from the hub in front of the castle, you can run up either side of the castle to get to the back to get into BBB.
