2nd Week of September Crew Check-in Here!

 Am I the first one back??? :confused3

I have the after Disney blues... you know the ones that you get the morning you leave, the time on the plane and while you are unpacking your duds...

We had a great time, I have so many stories and pictures to share. I guess I have to finish unpacking before I get into all of that.

As for the heat, it was ok... pretty hot... but I picked up a skort at Walmart the day before we went and that helped. My summer pants were great too... very lightweight so I didn't really feel the difference between them and the shorts.

I think it was Sunday and Thursday which were the hottest days... :wizard:

We got back Thursday....I am just suffering from DisneyDepression and have not wrote my trip report yet!

It was a fantastic trip and thanks Disney for FREE FOOD!

Got back yesterday! I am so tired that I don't think it has hit me yet that it is over. My DS4 sure has the blues though. He is already asking to go back. Guess it's time to start planning!! We had a great time. Crowds were more than I had expected but certainly not bad by any means. We loved everywhere we ate. The dining plan rocks, free or otherwise (free especially).
Hope everyone got back safe and can't wait to hear some stories.

I got back on Thursday night (9/14). I was a zombie all of Friday, part of Saturday, and started to come to myself on Sunday. But I must say that thanks to all of the shoe and break advice, that my feet and legs did not hurt as much this time. I still want to sleep all day everyday, and wish that I had an extra week off before returning to work - insted of 2 whole days.

I can't believe that I started my trip report so early, but I knew that the longer I waited, the longer it would be before I started. (Did I mention that I'm still tired?)

We arrived on Sunday, had an amazing time.
Parks were empty (compared to the other 2 times I went in July and January). Walked to Soarin twice in a row.
The biggest wait in line was for EE, 10 minutes.
I'll start helping out others in different threads here, as soon as I catch up with the 600 messages I have from work.

We got back a week ago today. I am feeling the blues still. I want to go back soon, but my DH has had enough disney for a while. I may have to plan a trip with my sister and my DD. We had a good time, the dining plan is awesome (and we PAID for ours!), and the crowds were so low! I do have to say the bus system stinks. I will not go back to a value resort without a car again. I am just not willing to give up an hour of my time each day to catch a bus. And god forbid you want to go from a park to Downtown Disney or the other way around. That took forever.

I've been back a week but this is the first time I've been near a computer(mine died). The weather was great; the only real rain we got were Thursday waiting for the parade at the Magic Kingdom, and Friday night waiting for the Boo-to-you parade. But the Headless Horseman ran for both parades that night. That's a great spectacle. Had a day and a haof off before going back to work. We had a great vacation. :cloud9:

I would LOVE to see that parade! Even though I think that headless horseman will freak me out!

Like Dance2974, I too have the blues. So now I have to try to start planning for next year . . . :sad2: MAN! Will I ever go any place esle on my vacation?!

I know what you mean Glendamax! I have always loved Disney but had not been to DW since 1997 I think...but I am hooked now. We cannot afford to go back right away, but man do I want to. I was trying to find a way to sneak in a quick spring trip but I dont see it happening. I am going back next Sept with with or without my DH. I am thinking I may take my DD by myself, since my DH really had a way of dragging a dark cloud along with us at times anyways if you know what I mean. I am truly insane, huh? She will be almost 5 then, but I am not sure I have it in me to do the world alone with her. But hey...if PrincessV can do it I can too, right? :thumbsup2 Her trip report really got me thinkin I could do it!
