2nd College Program

Hey guys, so I applied for another College Program to finish up my final semester at college that consists of useless credits. So I figured why not spend it where I love and doin another CP. I recently did the Spring 2009 CP and loved it and want to go back.

I sent in my app and signed up for an interview (Monday the 1st at 7pm!!!) and I was wondering if any of you have gone through a 2nd interview. And what they ask you. I was told its none like the first interview but they ask you about your actual program and your rehire status. Is this true and any other help you could give would be awesome!!!!

They shouldn't ask you anthing with regards to your Rehire Status with the company - that information is available to them through SAP. Now, if you have a "Restricted" or "No" Rehire Status, that would be handled differently.

The Disney College Program is not meant to be a subsitute for General Employment with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US, Inc., so I'm sure they'll be asking you why specifically you want to do another program. Other than that, I would think many of the questions would be the same.

When I had my second and third interviews (for my second and fifth CPs), the questions were very similar to the questions asked during my first interview. It was the basic personal/roles questions.

I just did my second CP interview last mondays and I was asked all the same questions as last time but ask to ansower them with experances from being a cast member already, so like costomer service questions as a Disney CM, things like that..

I just had my interview for my second CP. They basically asked me the same questions but would sometimes personalize things to where I worked.

For example:

"Drawing from your experience in FSFB, how would you problem solve and give special treatment to a guest?"

"What were your favorite duties in FSFB and your previous other jobs?"

Instead of "why do you want to work for Disney?", I had "Why do you want to continue working for Disney with another CP? What was it about the first time?"

I didn't get many questions relating about my first CP, other than the one I just mentioned. She would just ask me to tie in my experiences on my CP with the questions she was asking.

Just finished my interview and it went pretty well....hesitated a lot and stuttered some but gave good answers to the questions....she said I had restricted rehire, which i expected...i called out like 9 times lol....but gave a statement on it...i hope they let me come back
