262 OKW points for rent

I have 262 Old Key West (OKW) points for rent. $10/point. (August use year).

For those of you new to DVC usage, OKW points can be used at any of the DVC resorts.

To rent at OKW, they can be used to make reservations up to 11 months in advance. In other words, with these points, I can presently make reservations as far out as December 2006 (and if you wan to stay at DVC in December, you should get the reservations now, because they book very early).

To rent at any of the other resorts, they can be used to make reservations up to 7 months in advance. In other words, with these points, I can presently make reservations as far out as August 2006. Of course, we can always arrange now that I can make reservations in the future.

Also, for those of you new to DVC resorts, they are all nice. Old Key West, although the oldest, is in good shape, and has rooms and common living areas that are substantially larger than those in any of the other DVC resorts.

I have a standard for agreement that has been successful in past rentals, and a series of favorable references from past renters.
