Hi there, We are 1st time renters looking to rent our GFV points to cover the remainder of some medical expenses.

We have 253 points available for use at GFV, valid for use until Jan. 2027. We can book Grand Floridian trips 11 months out and all other DVC resorts 7 months out with no restrictions on resorts.

Please let me know your party size, check-in/out dates, and desired room when asking to book. Please do not provide any personal information in this post. That info is required to be sent via Personal Message (PM). You’ll need to have a minimum of 10 posts before disboards turns on PM capability. Any reservations 45 days or less will require full payment. Any reservations for 45+ days in advance we are asking for 50% at the time confirmation is sent and the remaining 50% 46 days before the beginning of the trip. We take payment via Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

It looks like there is no availability at the Grand Floridian in any of the rooms on the 13th unfortunately.

Hi! I know it's a little too early to book these, but I am looking to do Beach Club May 2- May 6, 2026 and Grand Floridian May 6 -May 11, 2026. I believe that's 61 points for Beach Club and 91 for Grand Floridian. We're a family of 4 plus a baby and would just do standard rooms, don't care about the view. Thanks for the consideration!
