$250 Security Deposit at Windsor Hills

For a condo that will "be returned to you within 30 days after check out and inspection". Is this normal? Would hate for it to not be returned to us should we keep the site as is.

Most condos are privately owned and rented out. I would think a security deposit was the norm. When we rented, there was one that was non-refundable if we cancelled.

The security deposit is normal but 30 days is a little long for it to be returned to you. Usually with in a week or maybe two at the most.

The security deposit on the townhome we rented was $200. The check was returned in less than a week after we checked out.
