250 BCVpts to Rent

I have 250 BCV points that I would like to rent at $10 each.

50 pts must be used by Dec 2005
200 pts must be used by Dec 2006

Payment Terms:
-50% due when we finalize agreement
-Remaining 50% due when reservation is placed in your name (you can call DVC to confirm that it is in your name)

I'll be sure and mail you all paperwork when I receive it from DVC

I have been a DVC member for a few years now, but have never rented out before

I am interested in renting points. I have rented several times before and have paid between 9 and 10 dollars each time. I know it is last minute but can you check availability for either WLV or BWV 5 nights April 22,23,24,25,26 . Feel free to call my cell phone and discuss this further.

I would like to in rent Jan '06 for 5 nights (Sun thru Thur) BCV studio. How soon could we make a reservation for these villas? Is it something we have to wait a bit longer for?

Looking for points to rent a standard 1 bedroom @ BVW for Oct 2- Oct 7, 2005.
Traveling with a disabled 8 yr old, infant and 3 adults.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just recently found out about renting points. I am trying to find time for the week fo July 10, July 17 or July 24, or June 26 for the BCV and if your points are available then and if there is availabilty there then. Also, if none at BCV, then BWV, or WL, or OKW. Thanks.
