25% off what for cash price?

OK I got a cash rate for a BWV studio for an amount that is more than 25% off the rack rate from the disney site and its less then an AP rate for a sample night ( not the same date I'm going since rates aren't out for those dates yet ) so what is the discount suppose to be off from , or have they increased the discount price? Am I making sense with any of this?

Edited because I wasn't smart enough to know the price quoted on the web site already included TAX . So with not knowing that it was included I came out with all the wrong figures , thanks for clarifying things

The member cash discount (when available) is 25% off rack rate. You can only get the member discount if you book through MS.

Are you comparing apples to apples? Remember, cash prices are subject to Florida taxes - believe the rate for the BWV is 11.5%. Do both rates include the taxes? Maybe the rate MS quoted you did not include taxes.

Also, rack rates change, depending on the season. So do AP rates.
