25% Members Discount

I called Member Services yesterday to ask for the discounted cash rate for a weekend night at Vero Beach next August and the CM I spoke to told me that there were no members discounts for the night I wanted but to call back nearer the time as they sometimes become available.

I assumed that as members we got 25% discount on rack rates whenever we wanted but it would seem that it's not the case

Was the CM right

The CM is correct. The discount is not guaranteed, but is subject to availability.
