Hoping someone else has come across this situation in the past.
As I understand it, Disney cash room rates are based upon the check-on date even if the season changes mid-trip. In other words, if you check-in during Value season and mid-trip Regular season begins, you still pay Value season rates for all nights.
DVC is the opposite--points are charged based upon the posted rates for each night of the trip.
Now what about rooms booked at the 25% DVC member discount? Our entire points stay is during Value season (Dream DVC). If we were to add the next night at the cash rate, and that night just happens to be the start of Peak Season, do we pay Peak Season rates?
